Good location and comfy bed. Shower was hot and big.

Signs say no noise after 10pm yet the staff played music until much later. Room had no exterior windows, all lead to hallways. Our bathroom window looked out into the stairwell…. The staff at breakfast could have been more friendly/acknowledged we existed….

the good thing about this hostel was the breakfast and location.

i stayed here for 6 nights. the rooms smell REALLY bad. I stayed on the top bunk bed, which was very close to the ceiling. When I climbed up, I hurt myself, safety conditions should be ensured before trying to put as many bunk beds as you can in a room. this is a proof that doesn’t matter how cute and trendy you make your hostel look like when the basic needs are not guaranteed. wifi works really bad.

The communal area upstairs was very nice, and I liked that breakfast was included. The lockers were also very big which was nice.

It smelled really bad, the bathroom was not clean and every door and cupboard was extremely squeaky which made it very difficult to sleep given many people are up early for trips.

Beds were super comfy, good wifi, friendly staff, great location, overall a very good experience 😌

My second visit here, it's an easy stay. Very close to the touristy area, 24/7 reception, nice staff, free breakfast, Information and tours available

Hot water is a hit and miss, wifi is patchy at times

We loved the overall vibe of the place. The staff were very helpful. We booked a tour to Mt Charquini through the hostel. It was exceptional and great value. We also booked our airport transfer through the hostel which was very convenient. The breakfast was the best we've had in Bolivia. The bed was comfortable, our room was warm and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The location was perfect too.

The showers are really bad. Some don't work at all or stop in the middle The light in the room wasn't really connected to the ceiling My locker metal was broken so I couldn't put a padlock

Very little social events were organized. There were apparently activities that were supposed to occur nightly according to the chalkboard but nothing was ever organized. Also some bathrooms did not have soap in them.

Everything, the tours, the rooftop space, the breakfast, hot showers, luggage storage, the location…and of course the friendly and helpful staffs.

nothing - worst staff I’ve ever encountered

the staff have been an absolute nightmare - please don’t book tours through this hostel. we were stuck in uyuni for 2 days because of buses and the hostel has been the most unhelpful possible. They cancelled my booking upon checkin - simply for the fact that I asked for a refund for the bus (that I didn’t take). The woman has no clue what is going on, she’s in a permanent state of confusion. Would never stay here again.
