Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe gym was really small. There were no vegan milk options available at breakfast. The pool area is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Otherwise, it had a pool, dry sauna, steam room, cold tub and Jacuzzi.
I liked the hotel decor, the water fountain in the lobby with the fish in the water. The room was comfortable and had a desk. I liked the fresh fruit for breakfast. They tried to make it representative of Europe by including croissants and baguettes along with cereal with yogurt, but there were no vegan milk options. The staff was friendly and let me take breakfast up to my room to eat. The pool area would have been my favorite (pool, sauna, steam room, cold tub, jacuzzi), but it was closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Good hotel in good location fir walking to the main street. We struggled with the altitude, so did very little unfortunately and consequently left a day early. Good breakfast, beds and restaurant ok too.

After 3 months of backing in South America, in hostels, budget hotels and overnight buses, this was our luxury retreat. Nice hotel, facilities and staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Good pool (only open 2-8pm). They allowed us check-in before the official time as rooms were available. Staff helped with taxi & confirmed the fare on leaving.
