We were unable to secure a late checkout even for a fee, this is understandable as they were quite busy but it’s always a good bonus when a property allows it as we had to check out at 11am and wait until 9pm to get on a bus.

Cool design, heaters in rooms, plenty of guest seating if you need to wait for your room or for a bus later in the day. Close to travel agencies. The desk called us a taxi on our departure. We were lucky enough to get an early check in.

So so comfortable after a few days driving from Sam Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni! The beds were super comfortable, shower nice and hot, breakfast all you needed, and there was even a steam room which was fantastic. Location was great / not to far to walk to some good restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful and let us hang around while we waited for our night bus. We loved our stay!

The Internet was slow - for most people this maybe okay - but I was doing some work while I was there. I visited during a fiesta which took place along the main street and it was very loud - until 5:00 am one morning. If you go when there is no fiesta taking place it will be super quiet. I stayed in the winter and the room was cold - as was the restaurant - they have heaters in the rooms and the restaurant - but both are large spaces and unless you are near the heater it could be chilly - be prepared to wear your outdoor coats in the restaurant.

My stay here was comfortable. I arrived and left by bus and the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal. There is not a lot to Uyuni and this hotel is about as central as you can get. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was great for me as a vegetarian. The room was huge with two large bed which were comfortable, and the shower was large and the water hot.

Dinner menu could be improved

A huge room and bathroom. Heated. During winter months coming back from late trip this was really enjoyable, and a luxury in South America especially Bolivia. Excellent bed and duvet. Calm and well situation. Fair xrate proposed in case payment would be done in BOB, 1 USD 10 BOB. Breakfast was also good

Spacious and comfortable room. Plenty of space to spread out even with a family of 4. Plenty of charging ports for all our devices! Free filtered water available on each floor! Nice restaurant onsite.

Really comfortable bed and great TV. We were not feeling well and were able to check in early (and also change the date as I had booked the wrong date) so very accommodating and friendly staff. Room was big and very clean. Also offered room service which was nice.

Not only is the entire hotel made out of salt...but also the beds, tables and chairs! Very unique experience.

There are not many options in Uyuni town, but this was a great place to stay. They have heading, which is pretty rare in Bolivia. Nice rooms, nice bar/restaurant with fresh cooked breakfast. Water refills included, which was great for us.

Cold in the common areas. The bathroom also was rather cold and you had to wait 2-5 minutes to get warm water, the water never got hot.

The hotel was amazing and such a unique experience The bed and pillows were comfy and had such a lovely sleep The room was so spacious The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had a great range of choice The staff are very friendly & specially the owner. He couldn’t do enough for me to make sure my stay met my needs, he was absolutely brilliant. I added a massage onto my stay too which was exactly what I needed and she was brilliant.

Glass doors, might be loud, I didn‘t mind tho. Water pressure in shower weak, but was also not bothering us.

Seemed definitely nicer than any other hotel in Uyuni. The heater worked properly and everything was clean. Breakfast was solid as well. Room service (dinner) was very good.
