Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bed was super comfy. Room and bathroom were very clean. very modern hotel. Good central location. Right next to a park gave us an opportunity to see the local life.

I just want to give a big shoutout to this hotel, but especially to the staff. Everything went above my expectations — how they helped me, even advancing me cash when I couldn’t get to a bank, bringing orders to my room, breakfast in bed, always asking if I needed anything. Super friendly, clean, delicious. Honestly, if you don’t have a reason not to, go there. Really. Wow, wow, wow. The staff definitely deserves a bonus. I’ll also be sending their names: Abigail, Deysi, Jordan, Wilmer, Miguel, and Leonardo.

United KingdomNot a huge selection of food for breakfast but what was there was good quality.
We arrived at the property very early but had had good communication beforehand. We were able to leave our bags and go off on a tour, coming back later in the day to check in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English which helped too. We were offered tea while we waited the hour before we could have breakfast too. The man attending breakfast was so friendly and welcoming which was so lovely after a long night! The bedrooms were a great size and we had a balcony onto the square. We got a super view of the 200th year of independence parade too (even if it did wake us with a shock). As we were leaving the lady on the desk arranged us a taxi as our app wasn’t working!

The location is perfect, right in downtown but a couple of blocks away from the big noise and traffic. Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comortable! Internet worked well. Overall a very friendly hotel .

FranceI reserved 2 rooms for my family 4 months ago and when I arrived, I was informed that the reservations are not valid anymore. The receptionist asks me to pay a price at 200% of initial reservations (which is 50% higher that the current price in Booking.com). The breakfast is very simple compared to the price
