They need more snorkel masks for their guests or need to have guests return them daily. Three of the five days we were there, there were no masks available. We were disappointed because the reefs are right off this beach.

The resort was wonderful on a beautiful beach. The food was delicious in the two restaurants, especially breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it is a must book vacation.

The included breakfast was excellent, you could sample the buffet while still ordering off the breakfast menu. Both restaurants offered a variety of options. The meals all came out well prepared, the quality was excellent, as was the service. If staying do book the Thursday night beach bbq well in advance, it sells out and is worth the experience.

The resort had just reopened the week we arrived after being closed for 2 1/2 months for renovations. The breakfast was so-so--from overcooked sausages to missing parts of the order. They normally would have a buffet breakfast but because part of the resort is still under renovation everything had to be ordered off the menu and it took a long time to get anything.

The resort is beautiful and staff friendly. It's in a great location and the private beach is wonderful. We have stayed here two times now and will definitely stay here again! The Coconuts restaurant food and service were great.

NEED TO HAVE ANTI-SLIP STRIPS ON ALL STAIRS...PAINTED STAIRS ARE SLIPPERLY...I FEE DOWN TEN STEPS CAUSE OF STANDING WATER ON THE TOP OF THE STAIRS.

The rooms are in need of updating, particularly given the cost. The lock on the sliding balcony door was rickety and hard to open and close. The window to the bathroom would not close and rain would come in over night getting everything wet. The middle drawer on the bureau was stuck and very hard to close. Also the housekeeping service was not attentive. We were missing a mug, they did not pay attention to things like regular vs. decaf coffee options on restocking and were not reporting the window issue while clearly the bathroom was wet due to the rain.

Staff is truly wonderful across the board. Remembered our names, lovely to chat with. Everyone was warm, welcoming, helpful and fun to engage with throughout the week!

Pricey but conparable to other high end properties in Bermuda.

Breakfast was exceptional; fresh delicious: we booked a poolside ocean view room. When we arrived our room was ocean view only if u were standing and faced an air conditioning unit we were not poolside. They did accommodate us the last 2 nites and switched us to the room we booked.

The water in the toilet would run off and on constantly. Only complaint.

The staff went above and beyond. We asked them to mail 2 postcards and they did without hesitation. They carried our bags when we arrived and as we were leaving. Turn down service with a fact card and mints! They exchanged currency for us to pay for a taxi. Very accommodating.

There was a lot of construction going on when we were there, which made for a lot of loud noise early in the morning, which was unfortunate. We visited in March and they seemed to be gearing up for the high season.

Our breakfast was complimentary and it was excellent! Service was a bit slow at times, but the food was good and you could eat with the most amazing view!

We stayed for my daughters 8th birthday. Everything was very good, service, staff and the views. We got to see the sunset upon check-in. I wish our stay was longer. The weather was chilly and rained on and off, but we made the most of it. The girls had a blast in the hottub.

My room wasn't ready so I left my bag, when I came back, front desk person was annoyed that we couldn't find my bag, we walked to the room it wasn't there, walked back to the front desk, bag was there, and she was very annoyed that I asked for help getting it up a bunch of stairs to my room! (Later Melody at front desk was very nice, the other person could learn from her)

Stayed before, beautiful beach and view. Drinks were good. Food was good. Managers party for repeaters was very generous.

For the money, there is nothing reasonably expected beyond what was provided. High quality, but not stuffy.

Two really nice restaurants, one right on the beach. The private beach is fantastic!
