Swimming pool was not in the best shape. They need to work on it as it was not perfect.

I like the swimming pool to take sun baths. Staff was really professional and friendly. Sure, I will come back.

The swimming pool is in terrible shape and looks bad and dirty. People smoking in their rooms and the smell moving into our room via ac, we are asthmatic.... could not sleep. No more bar service before 1700 at pool.

The rooms are on the standard size, but you’re visiting the country to enjoy the destination so all good with us!

It’s right in the center of the city and easily accessible to other places. Close to the delicious restaurants, brunch spots, beach, Souk and malls. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a small gym, which we loved! We will definitely be back.

Loud music blaring from the pool side bar from the pool side until 2am made our first night difficult.

These are minor however useful for the hotel to be aware of. Swimming pool tiles were missing which makes it look uncared for. Difficult to get a drink by the pool, had to go back to reception for tea, coffee, water etc. We felt the brunch was over priced.

Upon check in the first thing that reception told us that there will be loud music in the lounge and we might hear it since the room is facing the pool, and that we should be ok with it. I immediately got alerted and requested for a transfer to a different room, staff didn’t handle it well because they tried to pin this on me saying that I chose the room facing the pool, so I should have known. When I clearly explained that nowhere does it say that music will play until 1-2am and it will be loud, they just nodded. In general the rooms and overall hotel spaces are outdated and are in need of refurbishment. The shower in our first room (210 was barely working, stream was super slow, lukewarm water one moment, boiling water the next), creaky wardrobe doors, loud ac. Bathroom door barely offers any privacy because the gaps are so big on it. Hotel breakfast was pretty sad. They had small dining tables to sit the first morning, but the next morning they were gone only with coffee tables and armchairs left, which was uncomfortable for eating. In general, can’t say the hotel is a good value for money and doubt that I would stay here again.

Hotel is well located and easy to access, plenty of parking on site, good restaurants within the hotel. Hotel is clean, all required toiletries are available within the room. Staff in general were helpful and polite.

The mattress bed was horrible, so hard even the pillows was so bad , and there is no espresso machine which is I thought by default supposed to be in each room !!!!

We booked one of the highest rate room on the ground floor, adjacent to the pool with a small area to sit outside. What was not mentioned was the pool bar, which plays loud music every evening till 1 pm! With teh doors closed and the aircon on, there was too much noise to sleep. Fortunately, they let us move to another (lower rate) room which was available. However, the rate difference was not compensated. We would never have booked the pool room if we had known about the bar.
