We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaThe AC was somewhat annoying. Some parts of the room were very cold and others warm especially near the bed I used. That was the only minor issue we encountered. Also price was ok for 5 stars hotel but only for the non-refundable option. The price gap for cancelation was ridiculous (20 BHD)!
Arrived immediately welcomed by valet staff (costs 5 BHD), and got a luggage sticker, check-in was quick, the room was spacious and clean. The facilities were quite excellent. They had 2 water bottles in our room with coffee maker/ tea. The shower water pressure was extraordinary. They had a Quran and praying mat ready in the closet. Didn't have the opportunity to go to their spa or use laundry service but they are both available.

Saudi ArabiaOne of the front desk staff is not cooperative. I asked for a late checkout, and they told me the hotel was fully booked due to Eid. However, I immediately went online and was able to reserve 15 rooms, which gave me the impression that they were not being honest and were providing incorrect information. The location and the property are great, but the staff should take customers’ special requests seriously and avoid giving false information just to make excuses.
