We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Saudi Arabiathe reception guy asked me do you want to pay in cash or card and I told him it’s already paid but he told me it’s not. so I have opened Booking App to check, then he rechecked the system and told me yes it’s paid. 1/ he should check it before asking me. 2/ he should apologize, but he didn’t. the refrigerator wasn’t work and I called them to fix it or change it, but nobody came, after 1 hr I called them again and nobody came. and I checked out without solving the issue.

United KingdomI had a broken table in my room and the maintenance person came to fix it in the room which took him 15-20 mins of my time and space. The suitable option would have been to take it out and get it fixed which would have been less noisier. The telephone was not working properly and could not get in touch with services within the hotel. The TV channels need to be updated for foreigners to enjoy as well.
The WiFi was of good speed and had no interruptions. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was excellent, not too close to main street and not too far in regards to noise and distance.
