There was unpleasent smell in on of the bathrooms, the pool needed more cleaning as it is outdoor and there were alot of dead insects Other than that everything else was amazing

I hate to mention that the room service is a bit not within what we expected for such a property, we had an issue with our villa key the moment we arrived, and the next day, keep in mind that the weather was humid and we had to WALK back to the reception to fix the problem TWICE, and also the cleaning service was not the good

EXCEPTIONAL, I’d recommend the property for honeymooners, and whoever wants to take a couple of days to relax weather individuals or couples, it’s quiet and relaxing, i loved how every space in the villa had an access to the pool, the decoration the green spaces, plants, and trees everything was Exceptional!!

Just one comment here, outside shower garden area has so many vines with thorns, i stepped on one while showering. Please check the shower area and remove all weeds with thorns in villa 706

Freshly renovated the design and architecture is simple and clean with a twist of andalusia style that gives the full sense of luxury.. photos will never serve it justice. This is a place worth visiting atleast once in a lifetime. I would like to extend my gratitude, appreciation and hospitality to the entire team that hosted us from gate keeper to the the General Manager; special thanks to suzanna front office officer, she truly made my experience so memorable that i will never forget her consideration, thoughtfulness and generosity! You rock Suzanna you’re truly an asset to Accor chain globally. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Pranks our dear butler who hosted us and welcomed us in with so much love. To housekeeping mizan & to mr mohammed from engineering team as well as chef nimat allah who blasted us with an unforgettable bbq experience assisted by jaki who was a character, the list of names go on and on.. we thank you all for providing us with an outstanding experience we look forward towards coming again very soon. I will always share this exceptional story and experience and set it as a standard to all new properties i visit. You guys have set the standards so high and we are so proud of your accomplishments and success! The privilege of privacy, the luxury articles, the inside space, swimming pool, heat of water control, in Rome air conditioning, welcoming of the staff and offering help always, cleanness of the place and the stuff, writing room is delightful for quite time.

Some minor issue The check in time was late although we arrived at 4 pm from long trip ( the staff gave as late check out as compensation) I felt that the swimming pool in the villa need floor cleaning The hotel location was little bit far from city ( some find it good thing and other not, however I prefer close to the city location )

Magnificent Experience! Everything was truly wonderful — from the facility and the staff to the calm, attractive environment.
