We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

KuwaitI asked for late checkout the night before I leave (stay until 5pm) and the receptionist agreed. But when I left they asked me (another receptionist) for 30kd extra and I refused so they reduced it to 15kd and I paid and asked for receipt and they did not give it to me.

QatarI/we had a very disappointing stay. The room and washroom were filled with a foul, lingering smoking smell. The furniture, including the chair legs, was broken, There were no tea or coffee-making facilities, and we were only provided with two small bottles of water (230ml each) for four people, which was insufficient. There were no carpets, which made the room feel colder and less comfortable. While a kitchen was available as part of the facility, it was unclear why it was even provided, as no refreshment items or utilities were available. The kettle was unclean, and it was evident that proper maintenance was lacking. Only soap and shampoo were provided as toiletries, and there were no ironing facilities or a hairdryer, which was highly inconvenient. Many of the amenities that were promised during booking were not available, making the stay even more frustrating. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Pearl Bahrain Suites! The facilities were excellent, and the location near the Juffair area was incredibly convenient. While the hotel itself is not brand new, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Zia at Reception and Mr. Abdullah from Housekeeping. They were both extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommend Pearl Bahrain Suites for a pleasant stay in Bahrain!

Saudi ArabiaThe receptionist took my original ID card from me after I paid, and it remained with him until I left the hotel! I told him to copy it, but he refused and said he must keep the original card !! This is an illegal and very suspicious thing, knowing that I spent two days in another hotel in Bahrain and only took a copy of my ID, I wanted to call the local police but I didn't have time.
