Nothing everything bad

It's very, very bad . I booked, and once inter the room found everywhere dirtiest things, the bed sheet fully with blood. Some of the things I can't write here are what i found.

cleanliness of the room was just terrible, broken facilities in the bathroom including water tap and toilet, strange smell on the corridor. I was really happy to get out of this place after 2 nights. Honestly I am convinced that booking.com should not offer this hotel. The price (quite high) does not correspond with a very low quality. Honestly i was able to find much better quality in many African countries than here

We found cockroaches in our room, the bathroom was absolutely filthy and dirty with very poor fittings we immediately checked out and cancelled booking , I cannot believe bookings.com has this hotel on their website,

Due to wrong commitments and bad environment

We reached the property with family, my wife and kids and we saw many prostitutes staining at entrance inside the hotel at 2.30am. My wife was concerned and hence I spoke to reception manager and mentioned that we think it’s doesn’t look appropriate for families and he agreed and told talk to booking website and he will approve full refund . I called booking and cancelled and I got charged 80% .

It was worst experience to book a hotel on booking.com. we trust on you and you photos uploaded on your web. But it was too worst. No cleaning. Old matres with stains. No hot water. All, even the receptionist was too ugly. He refused me to stay in a single room because i don't have family, so you booked whatever room. Also he was demanding to pay again here because sometimes booking.com is not secure about payments. There is no logic at all. How can I pay twice.

There was nothing to like. All the pictures the management uploaded are 10 years older. I have the new pictures if someone likes to kindly check my entire review.

this hotel was disgusting. I could not stay there. when they showed me the room I turned around and left. this was the worst place I've seen in my life. it is a shame Booking actually lists this place. Someone should inspect and de-list this building. it is a health hazard. I want refund. I tried to contact customer service and request a refund but nobody has contacted me back. if t was a possibility I'd have given a negative 10 point review

Everything, they uploaded fake pictures on the site, that not match actual room even 1%. Its very bad rooms smell all over and not suitable to stay at all. Me and my friends booked but when we reached there we did not stay at all. We need booking.com to refund our money.

Hotel is in bad condition.. i saw 1st, 3rd, 4th floor to choose the good room but all are smelled fishy, rooms are so old and not a pleasant to look at including furnitures, blankets, pillows and bed sheets.. also poor connection of intermet.. it was mentioned in online that free parking, free toiletries etc. But none of them are existing.. also there are so many cockroaches..

The hotel location is good because it was near to all..
