A mini-resort / hotel on the shores of the bay, close to the center, restaurants, cafes, etc. Large room, slightly worn bathroom but equipped with everything you need, delicious breakfasts. Large pool, sun loungers with umbrellas, clean and spacious beach with sun loungers... Bars and restaurants on the resort grounds. Friendly service.

The beach is not worth it , dirty and closed in a way , dont take sea view cuz its not really a sea view , the price was really way high for the service provided .

The only issue I encountered was with the smell of the bedsheets. However, housekeeping promptly addressed this by changing them, which I appreciated.

The time you have to leave the pool and beach is a bit early

The location, the reception, the friendliness of the staff, and the tentativeness of the restaurant staff, especially Maya and Basith, who ensured that everything was fine and that we lacked nothing. The facilities, the food. All well received.

We travel with kids, and all area allowed to smoke, so for us not comfortable when people smoke close to my kids in swimming pool or on the beach. Should be place dedicated for smokers. Rooms much more clean then our previoys visit. I am glad of that. But could be more clean-below the beds condon boxes...

Every time I ordered something at breakfast or dinner they seemed reluctant to bring it because it wasn’t part of the all inclusive. I had to say more than once that’s fine I’ll pay for it. Also, do not book a room close to the beach club- horrible music blasting til late. They moved our room to a much quieter area and it was lovely.

Friendly staff, nice pool and picturesque beach are big pros on top of the location. The rooms are a bit dated now, however, and could use an update. Due to the open nature of the corridors there was a lot of noise coming through the main door from the distant highways - until very late at night… Also their environmental policies on bathroom essentials are a step too far - we ran out of toilet tissue in the middle of the night just because there was no spare given to us by the staff during the room cleaning - you have to call and “they will be happy to give it to you” - less than ideal.

Kids using the hot tub as a swimming pool. They continued to jump in splash me in the process. I asked them to STOP they continued. I asked the lifeguard he spoke to them the 2nd time but they didnt stop. By the 3rd time I spoke to the manager (Karim) and he did nothing. He said he can not stop guests from using the facilities. I will never stay at the Novotel ever again.
