only for toilet accessories they provide only towel and only 2 pouches of shower gel nothing else. Also, pool was not cleaned even though they mentioned it will open 6 AM but till 9:00 am no one was their to clean pool

Room was very good, spacious, clean and well-maintained. there was all bed, sofa and accessories available and good thing all are in very good condition. I will recommend for everyone and will come back for sure.

We didn’t expect that their sauna and jacuzzi is not working I hope they informed US ahead of time. And also the Pool is limited time hope they could extend the time until 10pm but own expense of the guest.

No shower curtain. 1 towel per person, no bath mat especially as floor got soaked because no shower curtain. Lots of noise outside until past 3am and windows couldn't deal with it. Asked for more towels on 2nd morning and came back at night to see that they hadn't been placed in the room

They didn’t have the right apartments for our very late arrival. (I’d booked 2x2-bedroomed apartments). Being tired, first arrival (we were on different flights) turned down 2 ‘single’ apartments in lieu as, being a married couple, didn’t want to sleep in separate apartments. Neither did they want didn’t want 2 women to sleep on their own. So we all bunked in the same flat. It transpired the next day they had meant ‘one bedroomed’ apartment. They refused to give us a rebate for the night we didn’t have. They also refused to give us a rebate on accepting a one bedroomed apartment versus a 2 bedroomed I’d booked. Needs a complete refurbishment. Curtains not fully on railings and draws cords not working. Kitchen had very little in the way of crockery and cutlery - they supplied some when asked. Towels looking grey - far from 4* in quality. Swimming pool too cold to swim in and ‘second pool’, a jacuzzi, was half full and cold. Supposedly they’d asked an engineer to come. Fortunately we took our own washing up kit including tea towels as none provided. Juffair has become a night club area so it was VERY noisy over the weekend, with revving engines and horns blaring at 3 in the morning. The perpetrators were guests who’d arrived by car.

This is NOT 4*, more like low 3. Spacious apartment near 2 smaller supermarkets, and a Vietnamese restaurant round the corner. Plenty of hot water. Pleasant obliging staff. Some of our rooms had a sea view, but not for long by the large foundations on the opposite side of the road! It has a gym with 6 machines snd weights. 24 hour check in - not limited to a few hours as stated on the web. Free on site parking.

I feel that the management should focus more on cleanliness to improve guest satisfaction. While the overall tidiness was acceptable, I noticed some areas that needed better attention. The curtains in the apartment were torn off and very dirty, which affected the overall aesthetic appeal and gave the impression of neglect. Regular maintenance and prompt replacement of damaged items would significantly improve the overall impression of the apartment.

overall, it was a comfortable experience with several positive aspects. The spaciousness of the apartment provided ample room for relaxation and made the stay enjoyable. Additionally, having essential amenities such as a kitchen accessories , comfortable furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi contributed to a convenient and pleasant stay. staff was also very polite and helpful.

They check in us so late, coz cleaning is not finish. There is no enough cookware and utensils, no can opener.
