Stayed 2 days in 2 bedroom apartment, very good nice . Third day stay and added another day . Got room I was given I realized afterwards , did not have a kitchen sink , did not have a microwave, it was a total letdown and spoil the last days. I did chooose the room , but why do y sell rooms to customers like this

appearance of the building not like show in picture, bedrooms lights very bed, still room dark after open lights Bath tube not working which shows in picture beds are uncomfortable They need to renovate the hotels, including furniture, soon its very old.

Location Staff are very good attitude and cooperative (loader, reception and cleaners), they deserve good hotels.

The A/C wasn't good, and the furniture was outdated. The bathroom hot tub wasn't good with some parts either missing or broken.

Worst wifi—one disconnects every minute and is useless for complaining about. They are not committed to finding a solution ( As you are aware, the living room is where the router is located.)

Smell upon check in Last minute price was really high Sheets in one of the beds was rough and pillows were hard but staff replaced a pillow and sheets next day The kitchen stuff you have to wash well before use Some dust in the apartment for sure

Location is good It's spacious rooms Staff are nice 24/7 spa on 17th floor which is nice to have for a massage at any time. Get a natural oil or Swedish massage

No have towels in the room. We book 2 bedroom for 2 adult 3 kids. We call and tell reception we need 5 towels for us but we have only 2 towels for 5 people. That one I don’t like it. If better will have 2 towels for one bedroom. 2 bedroom will have 4 towels.
