We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesHonestly, the only thing I didn't like was the frequent calls from the SPA center. I found it a bit annoying, but it's not something that will ruin the entire stay.
I absolutely love everything about this hotel! The staff is amazing, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean and organized. The fruit basket welcome was such a thoughtful touch.
