We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is extremely tired, dark and dingy. The interior is tacky, the bathroom in my room had a dirty and moldy floor mat in the shower. The room was not cleaned when I was out in the day. The hotel was noisy and is clearly used for people partying the weekend away in their rooms. It's supremely bizarre that the first and only correspondence I get from the hotel was an instruction saying I can't bring "guests" home. I had no intention of doing so and found the message creepy.
Nothing. People need to read the reviews. The hotel is not an 8. At best it's a 5 and that is being extraordinarily generous.
