I requested a hair dryer, but they said there's no available until our checkout day. I wish that we did not have to call for the provision of water heater/kettle and a floor towel. There is a smell in the hallway. I think it's because of the carpet.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge and both rooms have ensuite which made our son really happy and there was a powder room near the laundry area. Their Smart TV were are big. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, very welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and comfortable.The hotel was clean, quiet, and located behind Juffair Mall. The kitchen pots were clean. The utensils were enough for our needs. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and transport. There was enough parking and 3 lifts. Great for both leisure and business travel.

The building is a little bit old and the tv is not smart, also the parking space is really narrow

A great hotel, with great service, and nice location. I have been here multiple times, the last time the primary bedroom bathroom was missing a sink and they didn’t fix it but this time we made sure they give us a good room

Only one set of toiletries and towel in the room, not enough for couples. The bed was a bit squeaky when getting in and out (it was very comfortable however)

Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Welcoming staff. Ample parking (two or three floors worth). Great location right behind the Juffair Mall where there is Lulu Hypermarket.

- the swimming pool was not clean - pillows were not comfortable at all - Annoying sound coming from outside the hotel

- the location was good. everything you need is there - the space of the room is nice - easy and fast check-in and out

Beds and pillows are not comfortable and are required to be cleaned further. Walls are thin , you can hear almost everything around you from neighbours , the noisy street at night or night clubs around the facility.

I can call this hotel apart home away from home. The people are so kind here,nada and her colegues from reception are very friendly and they help u,very good management,mr manu. The apartment its good equipated clean. There is a mall and supermarkets near.

The kitchen could be better equipped with, for example, properly-sized coffee cups and drinking glasses.

Great service from the front desk ladies, nice big suites at a reasonable price. The pool is lower level, which means it's sheltered from the afternoon sun, which is good. No nightclub in the hotel, which means a nice, quiet sleep.
