Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The noises from neighbor rooms , i believe sometimes should be done for separation walls insulation

No heating in the room. You need to request electric heater. Too difficult to relax and sleep, if there is event at the disco. The bathroom is small, similar to a cabin. The fridge frosted our meals. No direct access to the parking to drop off luggage. No one came to clean the room in the morning and replace the soaps and shower gels, so we needed to save soap and toilet paper.
It's unique, like staying in a boat, with a balcony in front of the beach. The breakfast was full and provides you the food for the rest of the day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Too loud music sound from the restaurant. Very loud music coming from the restaurant side. In the winter there were short bursts of very loud music (maybe they were tuning the electronics). However, the volume on the hotel balcony was over 75 decibels according to the Signal Detector software in my smartphone. That's way too loud. Also the plumbing is a bit old, it would be nice to have an update, as I see. But everything in the bathroom works.
Everything was fine, this is a good hotel. It is not very cheap, but the nice location and the two restaurants, the swimming pool and the swimming area in the sea give guests everything they need. The staff is very good at what they do, everyone is friendly and willing to help.

The swimming pool was closed for Maintenance on the first day we arrived. BathTub needs to be bigger and the interior of the bathroom needs to be redone (a bit old). Nespresso machine and Kettle were not working properly.
Cooperative staff at the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Ability to walk into the beach. Comfortable bed. Good food. Proximity to many places worth visiting.

Facilities run down and in need of upgrade. Showerhead blocked and broken. Sea water seems dirty. Bed creaking so much. Italian restaurant was a let down, wrong prices, advertised foods & drinks not available.

There are no charge points or chargers available for mobile devices. The music played at the pool is far too loud and kills the tranquility one is after when trying to enjoy the view pool side or from your room balcony.
The balcony was a nice too have.

Noise to adjoining rooms is an issue. It appeared to us that there were minors staying in the hotel without adult supervision which meant loud mornings and nights for us.
Lovely restaurant & beach attached to hotel, super helpful staff. Great breakfast and coffee. They are currently extending to include a pool and a salon, it will be lovely when it's finished.

Breakfast could have better choices & slightly better quality products.
it’s a hidden gem, in between Juffair & the diplomatic area, next to a really busy highway and you don’t hear the traffic. A good pool area, good sports bar & great staff.

Restaurant Breakfast was not as good as we got in the other hotels in bahrain which was cheaper than this hotel, Booked from Booking.com only. Parking is not dedicated for the hotel, Its a public parking away from hotel. It was written that pay at Property, But amount was deducted from my Credit card few days before my stay.
The Hotel has a beach which is for hotel only.

The sound isolation is not very good, but that wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast got a bit boring after a few days (they have 3 options to choose from), but probably people have shorter stays there (we stayed a week).
We liked that there was a small private beach and the pool. The room was quite clean, with water, tea and coffee and kettle there. Nice lady at the reception sent us fruit platters. Cleaning is at the request (we didn't realize it at the beginning), so when you need to have the room cleaned, ask at the reception.

The service is slow and i had a cut on my hand and i bleed on the old used bed set and they charged me 300 saudi riyal for it which is half of the price of my stay saying it was a fancy expensive set ....what a con ....too bad of experience this time really.
