Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomGrand Safir Hotel – Honest Review from a Happy Guest We had a lovely stay at the Grand Safir Hotel and were genuinely pleased with the overall experience! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out – especially the lovely receptionist who kindly upgraded us to a suite room at no extra cost. That gesture truly set the tone for our visit. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s those small touches that make a big difference. Our room was spacious with a beautiful city view. The furniture was a little dated, but everything was clean and well-maintained, so we didn’t find it to be an issue. Breakfast was just okay – nothing special, but it did the job. If you’re not too fussy, it’ll get you started for the day. The location is fantastic – really easy access to the main areas of the city, and there are loads of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which made dining and exploring super convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Grand Safir might not be ultra-modern, but the service, comfort, and location more than made up for it. Would happily return!

United Arab EmiratesOld building, the hangers in the bathroom are broken. Not possible to change settings in AC because buttons are not working. Only one elevator worked for 11 floor building. The second was out of order. We received one towel for 2 persons. We asked for quiet room and we got the room when we hear and felt beats from close disco party during our 2 nights stay from 22:00 till 05:00. At the breakfast the cheapest products even with margarine instead of butter, only white bread, lack of tea cups, breakfast's restaurant without daily light, very dark and unpleasant. In general we were very disappointed by this place
