Top stay! High level services. Quality infrastructure (swimming pool, beaches and gym, restaurants...). Very friendly and smiling staff. All our expectations were met. Our most sincere thanks to the team, especially to Adel for his warm welcome, for facilitating our stay with kindness and great kindness, to Samira for her personalized welcome at breakfast, to Disha for her diligence of table service, to the chef for his delicious crêpe specially prepared for us and to Sofia for his delicate attention. We highly recommend. A wink for the pool and beach staff always caring despite the heat.

Service at the pool was very slow and it seemed they were understaffed. I wish if they reconsider their prices for weekends and holidays. It is one of the most expensive hotels in bahrain

Pool and Beach is open at 7:00. Fruit cuts (melon) are given at 10:00, you cannot order anything at the pool since 7:00. You can order drinks at 11:00 at the pool bar. And supposedly food at 12:00 which i have never seen since it’s quite late for me.

Highly recommend if you will be using the Pool and Beach. New Mall is directly connected to the hotel and is accessible from the same elevator that takes you to your room. The Mall is filled with good restaurants and shops which can allow you to stay the full day at the property.

My recent stay at The Address Beach Resort in Bahrain was truly exceptional, and I was fortunate enough to enjoy a few complimentary nights. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the hotel itself was beautiful and had great potential, there were a few aspects that did not meet 5-star expectations. The beach area lacked activities and atmosphere — music was barely audible, which took away from the overall vibe. Additionally, the service was quite slow; on multiple occasions, my food and beverage orders were either delayed for over an hour or forgotten entirely.

I also wanted to share a quick note about my previous visit — the hotel itself was amazing and truly lived up to the 5-star standard in terms of service and facilities. However, I felt the food quality did not fully match the level expected from a 5-star property.
