Paying for coffee as a guest

Outside pool and mineral pool we're great ,a bit on the busy side but that's life nowadays. Good room ,shower was a bit too "wet room" tv OK no coffee and kettle which was down on reception at £2.50 levs which u would expect for free for guests.beds not made up for the night maybe cos we were only a 2 night stay. On the downside when we were waiting for coffee the receptionist was on a private call and we had to interrupt her conversation even though she carried on.breakfast was OK too Foodcwas excellent!

The parking is not convenient: it's up the stairs from hotel and hard to take big suitcase with you downstairs without help from hotel staff

Room was very nice and spacious. Good bathroom with necessary amenities. Outside pool big and very good.Inside pool with mineral warm water small, but very pleasant. Breakfast good-food and fruits. Outside restaurant next to the hotel with excellent variety of food.

Pool area crowded with rows and rows of unused beds and umbrellas - should be stacked up out of the way if not needed. Reception staff and lobby bar staff very friendly and efficient - pool bar staff could be better.

Very nice pool and indoor spa facilities. Pool bar serving snacks. There is an excellent restaurant in the parking area with music and a show at the weekend. Room spacious and comfortable.Would recommend.

Incredible strange layout that makes you walk 2 x13 stairs down and up with all your luggage to get to reception. Then even with elevator you have to take 4x3 steps down to reach your room if it's at the end of the hall.Smal refrigerator. And yes, also here the whole batroomfloor is wet when you shower..

Rusty old lockers in the pool. Bathrobe for the spa were available for an extra charge and I would expect that to be included for guests of the hotel for the price we paid. The body towels in the room were small and thin. The mattress was very hard and the pillows were too soft - they got completely flat when you lay your head on them which is unacceptable for a hard mattress. The linen material was unpleasant and the fitted sheet was waterproof and made noise every time we turned in the bed - it felt like we were sleeping on plastic bags. The remote controls for TV and AC were packed in a cheap plastic bag to preserve them - something I haven't seen people do since the 2000s when finding a new remote was expensive and not easy. The bathroom did not drain well, I showered before bed and then stepped in a pool in the morning. Some decorations in the hotel were so tasteless. Only one receptionist - she had to handle reservations, check-ins and phone calls which inevitably lead to waiting times. The lady at the "lobby bar" was on her phone while her coffee machine needed cleaning (we ordered coffee and noticed she only then cleaned the coffee grinds from the previous coffee made). For this price, other hotels offer amazing conditions. Here everything felt like nothing was made for the guest's comfort but rather with the cheapest possible products.
