Lovely place for a family vacation. The shared kitchen is well equipped, the rooms were clean, and the huge yard is just lovely to enjoy coffee and dinner. We were in the low season, so it was not crowded and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff helped us with booking a table and a boat trip in the village, which was super helpful and something they suggested themselves, so we appreciate it, as it saved us some research and going around.

Lovely, warm, kind and very helpful hosts. They helped my partner and I to plan activities during our stay at Sinemorets. The hosts shared details about local trails, nearby beaches, interesting local legends and facts. Made us feel very welcome and helped us make the best of our vacation! The kitchen and the living quarters are well equipped. All necessary appliances for a comfortable stay are available. All spaces are well maintained and kept clean and tidy. The hosts regularly checked if we needed anything - mindful and sweet through and through! The garden is gorgeous - truly the jewel in the crown. Impressive arrangement and variety of flora. The blooming jasmine is enchanting. Parking is on the property grounds - safe and spacious. Multiple beaches, trails, shops and restaurants are within a short picturesque walk from the property. Excellent experience!

We pretty much liked everything, maybe only the pricing that could be adjusted to the number of guests (they mostly have triple rooms).

Excellent choice, near the forest, in a very relaxing setting, with a big and very well maintained and accessorized garden, including also a summer kitchen dedicated to guests. Rooms are spacious, very clean and with all amenities, the hosts are welcoming. Parking is possible in the yard, but also in the street, next to the guesthouse.

Relaxing, quiet space allowed us to fully rest and relax. Our host was super lovely. She gave us great tips and recommendations. Great to be able to use the washing machine too. Nice garden and shared kitchen. Off street Parking. Pity we couldn't stay more than 2 nights.

Google maps tries to take you down a bumpy road which was great fun on an off road motorcycle 🤣 You don’t need to go down this road though, there’s perfectly tidy street parallel, so if the route looks bad just go round

The place is extremely friendly, very well organized and very clean. We had a large apartment with a view to the forest and the sea. It was the perfect place to travel as a couple with a small child. We felt that nothing was missing and we were taken care of at all times.

Great location. Easy access to all nive things to do in the area. Great hiking trail along the Black sea coast. Wonderfull views and great sunsets. Pension is absolutely great. Here you can find your rest. Dutchies I would suggest this!!!😁

If you come in a period that has chilly weather, take in consideration that the heating is not included in the price of the room, it costs 5 leva extra per day. After 10 pm we did not have warm water. The village isn't very big and you will not find many places that accept payment by card, so it is advisable to have leva Cash on you

The pictures of the exterior of the property and the garden misresent the current condition of the facilities and I was initially disappointed by this. This negatively affected my rating. Once I got used to the idea however I got over it but this should be corrected.

The Villa has a lovely family atmosphere. It's rustic garden is very pleasant and we particularly enjoyed our personal outdoor table and chairs in a shady spot below our room. Yanna is an agreeable and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I think our stay was made more difficult because we don’t speak Bulgarian. I thought I had booked an upgraded room, but, after being shown one room, we were then redirected to another that was not as nice. To be fair, I think the owner’s elderly father was helping to check us in, and didn’t speak any English. We were a bit cold overnight and the quilts were thin. Again, to be fair, we didn’t turn the existing heating on. We also had some confusion with the bill. I thought I’d paid. I hadn’t. I didn’t read my email fully. We received a phonecall when we were an hour’s drive away to tell us we owed for the night’s stay. Partly my fault, but if there had been and sort of check out process we might have been told before we left that we still had to pay. We had to go to a bank and pay.

The property was very central and close to local restaurants, bars and beaches
