Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineThe nearest supermarket to the apartment's block. The staff (different people) were trying to cheat on our purchases. Not a big deal but still unpleasant. Doesn't affect the quality of the apartment though. Just had to find another shop.
The host Yulia is very attentive and supportive, was always in touch and provided us with all the help and information we needed. The apartment is in the perfect location, as the old town, the beach(es) and the market street are up to 10 mins walk.

United StatesThere was a bad smell from the bathroom’s canal, but host provided air freshener as soon as we requested. Putting the lid on the canal helped a lot too.
Perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach and short distance to the Main Street in the New town and the Old town itself. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Wi-Fi was great and sufficient to join work calls. Apartment was well equipped as described. We had requested air freshener due to a smell from the bathroom canal and extra tp, and our host Alexander was very kind to provide. Alexander, a big Thank You again for responding to my message at midnight about the keys from my home that I had forgotten and shipping them to me the next day! Really appreciate your support and prompt responses!

Czech RepublicWhole accommodation process seems to me to be unfair. You have to pay fees for energies (water and electricity) on top of total price agreed upon before reservation. So, whole process look like this - you reserve long-term accommodation (1 month+), then you are notified personally (not by platform) that you have to pay additional fees for energies at the end of accommodation, but you cannot simply cancel reservation, because according to their pricing policy only 50% is refundable after reservation is made. Thats definitely not fair. Fees should be already included in total price agreed upon before reservation or at least information mentioned in pricing section and be clearly visible before reservation is made. Also probably due to heavy usage in past by other guests old and buggy mattress with covers is almost unusable and textile equipment is quite dusty.
In general good for that price. Location is good also - basically just at the entry to old Nessebar.

BelgiumThere were bugs in de bathroom, they were coming from the drain, which stank. it smelled terrible in the whole appartement. Even when we opened the window for the day, the smell didn’t go away. We didn’t know what it was and it didn’t go away. I can promise you, it stank. The towels didn’t smell good. The pools were EMPTY. Which is a total scam bcs they say “view on pools”. The airconditioning was leaking direct to a power point, which is unsafe. There were no blankets for colder weather. It was cold at night and we couldn’t do anything about it. There was a lot of noise at night. People were slamming the door at 2am. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I thought this would be a good stay because of all the good reviews. But it definitely wasn’t. I would never go here again in my life.
The location was good but that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend.
