We have a wonderful holiday, very good conditions, cleanliness, very close to the beach. Sunbeds can be rented online, without stress and other problems. Special thanks to the staff, especially Dani, who besides being very kind is also a very nice person and a excellent guide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A very pleasant stay, from the moment we arrived until we left. A chic, well-kept, clean location, a varied breakfast, all made our little getaway a success. Poor internet connection. There are no available parking places for guests. You just have to find one.

It was very artsy and cute with all the paintings on the walls and the different plants 😍 We had the best terrace. There are no flies and mosquitos which was great. It’s super near the beach also :)

No parking spaces, only in the street of you are lucky enough.

30m from the beach, large apartment, very clean, well equiped. 3 balconies, 3 aircon, 2 bathrooms. Good breakfast. Markets nearby, many reataurants also.

The only thing was that in the living room you could hear some constant noice which I don’t know exactly where it was coming from, maybe the elevator or the hood extractor vent from the apartment above, but no big deal, overall quiet place.

Very clean, nice location, close to the beach. We got an amazing deal, the price was unbelievable for one apartment and breakfast for 3 people (the restaurant is really nice, with lot of hand made paintings).

The apartment definitely needs a deep cleaning, there was a lot of dust especially under beds and furniture. Besides that things got also a bit old and some maintenance wouldn't hurt. The area is quiet but the AC is very loud and you can hear the neighbors.

Beautiful place at a great location (beach, shops, restaurants in walking distance). From the three balconies you can even see parts of the sea. Comfortable beds, enough pillows and towels and space for storage. Beautiful interior.

I returned for the 7th or 8th time to Villa Livia. Very good conditions, comfort and cleanliness are kept as good as a few years ago. I particularly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the owner, who is constantly concerned about the good functioning of the villa. I recommend and will come back every time I pass through Ravda!

We spend there 3 nights with 2 kids and it was perfect! The studio was clean, with all the facilities and it is a quiet area. The location is 1 minute walking to the beach and 5 minutes to the center, restaurants etc. If you come by car, you can park near the location, on the street. For us, it was good, without incidents. Also, the breakfast was very good, with sweet and non-sweet things, fruits, coffee etc. Thank you, Daniel and Kathia, for the good treat and your friendly and polite attitude. We highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, so close to the sea and to the central area of Ravda! Friendly and helpful staff, very delicious breakfast with the option to enjoy it outside, in the cozy garden. We are also especially thankful that "Villa Livia" is a dog-friendly place, and we could take our dog with us on this trip.

I am for the 7th time at this hotel and I am equally satisfied. Positioning close to the beach, increased comfort, very good facilities. Impeccable cleanliness, very clean linen and towels, bathroom with everything, relaxing beds and pillows, modern equipped kitchenette. Friendly, involved and helpful staff.
