Super friendly reception desk. Fantastic room. Clean big with kitchen. I had everything I need like a ironing board and iron, kettle, free water coffee, etc. A lady on a reception desk is duper friendly and flawlessly did everything I asked her for. Also super friendly waitress during the breakfast who honestly tried to make my stay super comfortable.

The only thing it was that the pillow was a bit too soft for my preference, but this is really just a matter of perspective and didn’t ruin my stay at all.

I really enjoyed my stay—the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, the walk-in shower was fantastic, and I loved relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast eas also very good!

Viko is a great option in Sofia. It is an easy 15min walk to Vitosha Boulevard and also has a few eating options nearby. Located in a side street and is therefore relatively quiet. The apartment itself was huge.. we were 3 of us and the unit had ample space for 4 to sleep comfortably. The balcony is a bonus, especially if one is smoker. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff. The previous occupant had left the kettle in a disgusting state - this was immediately replaced with a fresh, clean one.

We got a family room with 2 kids (7 & 9) and it was exactly what we expected from what we saw in the description and photos. Big room with plenty of space for 4 people. Very good soundproof. Very kind employees. Especially Stefanie at breakfast! Very interactive with our kids! They loved her! We also reserved parking space at the underground parking of the hotel. Very clean and safe, but only 7 spaces, so you have to reserve. 15 euros per day. I think it's a fair cost.

The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the parking was a bit small and a bit hard to maneuver with my SUV, but it's in the "basement" of the building so there is nothing to do about it. Great hotel, I highly recommend!

Great hotel, great location! Loved how clean and comfy the room was. The waitress in the restaurant was super careful and always trying to make us comfortable. The rooms were extremely hot.

What a fantastic hidden gem! For someone from Sofia, I had zero expectations from an aparthotel as nothing beats the home coziness. Wrong! The staff was so incredibly accommodating, and the facilities are so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtful that it made my stay extremely pleasant. Special compliments to the breakfast team for their true care for customers. I witnessed a client who was fasting and was not 100% satisfied with the choice, and she was given an immediate solution in the friendliest possible manner. The variety and quality at breakfast were excellent. Don't expect massive food stations like in a chain hotel because the hotel only has a few rooms, so unnecessary food waste was considered. The cleaning service was superb, and I don't remember the last time I stayed in a cleaner hotel. The bed was comfortable, the storage was exuberant, and the balcony was a great plus. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers and families and would definitely book again.

What is not to like!

Amazing decor and furnishings with everything you need in the apartment! Large fridge, nespreso coffee machine, underfloor heating, plenty storage in the bathroom and bedroom! Great breakfast!

Nice, spacious rooms. Very polite and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with good variety. Good location, 10-15 minutes from the NDK metro station and 20-25 from the central pedestrian street. Closed underground parking (with additional charge).

Everything was great. Especially the stuff. The ladies that cleaned our room, were always very kind and helpful. I am thrilled by the cleanliness of the room. Just to mention that all the glasses and cups were protected in plastic bags to keep them clean from dust. One amazing thing also was the heated floor in the bathroom. Also, every morning the waiter at the breakfast was very polite and he took care of us. Many sweets and fruits at the breakfast that we also liked a lot. We would definitely stay again! In few words, the best choice we could make !

Nothing to dislike!

Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, pleasant enough breakfast, and friendly staff! We had a rental car and were happy we could park it underground. We weren’t walking distance (traveling with small children) to the old town, but that did not bother us since we had a car.
