The huge big building with historical background was Nice. The food was not bad but plenty. The personnel was nice especially the young man in the reception was very kind and helpful. The personnel was very attentive to fix any pronlen in the room.

SlovakiaUpon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted in front of the entrance by a staff member who immediately assisted us with parking. We unloaded our luggage right at the entrance, and he then accompanied us to the parking area, which is located about 150 meters from the hotel (roughly a 3-minute walk). The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and took care of all our requests without any unnecessary delay. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are spacious, large, clean, and well-kept – absolutely no complaints. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. Some meals repeated, while others were new daily – everything was well-prepared and seasoned. The kitchen staff clearly know what they are doing. The pools were clean and well-maintained. Every morning the loungers and pool area were washed and cleaned, and throughout the day staff regularly swept away the sand brought in from the beach. There were also useful details like outdoor showers, foot showers, and even a place to clean your shoes near the stairs from the beach. The pool bar was excellent – the staff were always smiling, friendly, and had no problem preparing drinks according to our preferences, even custom mixes. In the restaurant, we were always greeted by a smiling hostess at the entrance, and the waiters were quick in cleaning tables after guests left, preparing them immediately for others. The only remark here would be about the tables themselves, which already look a bit worn out. Adding tablecloths or replacing them would certainly improve the impression. The hotel’s exterior and interior are both very nice, and the all-inclusive service works flawlessly. The only thing that slightly spoiled the overall luxurious impression were the large facade windows, which appeared dusty and streaked. We understand these are not easy to access, but if they were cleaned, the hotel would look even more impressive.

GermanyWhat I didn’t like was the type of guests the hotel attracts—probably due to its all-inclusive and affordable nature. The building is large, but the swimming pool is quite small for the number of guests it serves. People reserve pool loungers by leaving towels on them very early in the morning, despite clear hotel rules against this. The hotel doesn’t seem to enforce these rules at all—we arrived at the pool at 8 AM, and it was already full of towels, with no people in sight. As for the seaside area, you should know that access isn’t free—you have to pay for sunbeds there. Only the area directly around the hotel is free to use. There are safety deposit boxes, but they all require a key, which you apparently need to pay for and collect at reception. The hotel can feel very crowded and occasionally a bit chaotic. That said, all the employees—many from Central Asia—were amazing: patient, hardworking, and doing their best to provide great service despite the challenges.
The hotel itself is nice, with a good variety of food, free drinks, and snacks available between meals—though it’s almost impossible to feel hungry. It’s a family-friendly place, offering some entertainment for kids and a disco in the evening. They’re also quite relaxed about check-out—we had to empty our rooms for cleaning, but were still able to spend a couple of hours by the pool afterward. Overall, it was a fine stay, especially considering the price we paid—fair and quite good.

SlovakiaBook 3 rooms, got them on different floors, but was told, that I should be thankful that they are in the same section. The cleaning of the rooms should be better (for us it only consisted of towel and TP change). The food options are kind of the same for lunch and dinner every day so after a few meals it gets boring. Only 1 kind of beer is served and I have seen hotels with better fruit and cake selection. After 9pm there is no food served and at 11pm the last open all-inclusive bar closes too. Through Booking you can only book the all-inclusive option, which doesn't include free chairs and umbrella on the beach (only the all-inclusive+ does but the upgrade is 40 leva/day/person) but at least you are entitled for 2 beach towels/1 room. And I have to mention the plastic. SO. MUCH. PLASTIC is wasted on this place.
The hotel and its area is very beautiful. Indoor and outdoor areas are both clean, looks very grandiose. The rooms are large, its worth to book the one with the seaview. Some of the balconies are kind of small though. The food is delicious but no gluten free option. Asked for lactose-free milk, the server didn't even know what I was talking about. No swimming in the pool after 6pm, so that outdoor area got really nice after that.

RomaniaI think that is the first time when I have to write on this topic. There are a few things: 1 in the lobby there is not AC, so it was very unpleasant temperature inside , even for the staff 2 it was all inclusive plus, but we had to buy the water for the room, and there was no service room 3 in the restaurant it was a poor ventilation and very uncomfortable, and very unpleasant temperature (it was too hot). 4 the acces sistem it was very shitty, I had to reset my access card 3 times in 4 days.

Shower curtain falls off all the time, shower head pipe need to be replaced, better air circulation is needed and door is in really bad condition. Curtains in the bedroom where in bad shape, not all the hooks was in place. Mini bar refrigerator does not work. Terrace dryer is way too small and the terrace itself was covered with bird s**t. All the meals,(food was good and tasty) but absolute lack of space and basic organization of the flow of people, absolute chaos, needs monitoring and better management of the flow and guests. I noticed some hygiene issues with dirty dishes and appliances.

The beach is very good just in front of the hotel. We were All inclusive PLUS and had free umbrella and beds on the beach. Very clean beach- no seaweed or pollution. Warm and nice water. Rooms were clean and large.
