it is very clean the staff is extremely helpful, I got good recommendations for visiting the city the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is modern easy access to the city with line 18 (4-5 stations)

I would suggest to add some written description labels both in English and Bulgarian language on the side of each food in the breakfast meal. (Ex chicken sausages, goat cheese, pork pancetta ect).

Brand new hotel with new furniture and comfortable bad. It was very clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. Breakfast was very good and with variety of food. The reception manager/supervisor was very polite, friendly and customer oriented and I wish also other receptionist to take her excellent model and be like her.

Location is in an apparted area from the city center but for business trips is excellent.

I think it was recently refurbished/built as everything looks brand new. Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast. The showers were great and the view from the top floor is also nice. We had a 9 seater minivan which did not fit in the hotel underground parking but 2 min walk there is an open parking and the fee was reimbursed by the hotel.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The boulevard where it’s situated doesn’t feel particularly safe for walking, and the surrounding area is not very appealing, with nothing much to see

The receptionist on duty when we arrived wasn't there. Eventually I had to ring the hotel to get her to come to the ringing phone in reception. I never said there was a problem, and although efficient in checking us in, never smiled or seemed welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good except the fried and scrambled eggs that looked congealed and green.

Smart and clean. The receptionist on duty when we were leaving was very nice and helpful. I had unfortunately thought that the hotel's restaurant was open in the evening, but it isn't. The advert gives the times for the breakfast hours, but because breakfast is included in the price, I thought that was why. I actually booked because I knew we would need a evening meal on site.

The view from the hotel overlooks a rather dirty car repair shop/mechanic. But we didnt mind, because we didnt book the hotel for the views... otherwise the location seems to be in a good part of town.

Very clean and spatious rooms. The hotel staff was professional and helpful. The location is also a positive, as it is aboit 15 mins walkimg distance to the center and there is also a metro station nearby. The parking garage is OK - it features relatively wide parking spaces. Overall, very goos value foe money.

It does not have a lot of facilities.

The staff were very friendly. They assisted us with getting taxis while we were there. The room and bathroom were clean and looked lovely. Breakfast was great. They had a good spread of options, sellf serve. I would definitely stay here again. There is a Lidl 10 mins away from the hotel if you need anything. The hotel was not too far from the city centre, with a taxi or getting public transport. The place was definitely good value for money.

Family room was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adjoining rooms on top floor - 7th, each with own bathroom). Both rooms had balconies but were also air-conditioned which was very much needed in the height of summer! Lidl is a 5 min walk away. We only stayed 1 night as had a very early morning flight so can't comment on breakfast. Secure, underground parking directly under hotel was convenient and we could access room floor by elevator directly. It cost an extra 15 BGN. You need to request to book and when onsite you phone reception to get in and out (accessible 24/7)

The room overall was nice, but the carpet was old and ugly, with stains. Makes the room appear dark and dingy. An updated hard floor would make the room more modern and inviting. The most difficult situation was finding the parking. The front desk didn't give clear instructions on how to find the entrance and what space we could use. The spaces weren't marked and not all were for this hotel. We were instructed to enter the garage, make a right, and go all the way towards the back. All the spaces were already taken (about 8 cars). Luckily, a hotel employee came by and told us not to park in a particular area and showed us where we could park. None of those two areas were marked and no way of knowing where we could and couldn't park. Very vague and frustrating until the employee happened to come by. This needs to be improved.

Clean, spacious room, newly renovated bathroom, quiet. Free parking. Walking distance to St. Alexander Nevsky cathedral and market about 5 min walk.
