The spa was closed for repair but that information was not given to us ahead of time. It's the only reason we booked the place. Desk clerk insisted the info is on booking.com but it isn't.

The hotel bedrooms are dated. They need an upgrade. The furniture was in need of some TLC. The WiFi though sold as high speed we could not get this in our room or by the outside pool. The shower was blocked on arrival and we flooded the bathroom twice. The coffee in the room was not topped up , you had to buy your own. No safe in the room though it was in the description. Also description said luggage store , but this was essentially the hotel receptionist keeping an eye on your bag as it sat by the main entrance. We did find that the spa had lockers that we could put our case in after we checked out of our room and had to wait for our evening flight. Take note if you have a late flight and you want to stay on the sight by the spa, restaurant a f pool you have to pay an additional charge . 20 Lev per person .

The view of the mountains . The spa and outside pool was the hotels best features. Bed was comfortable and hotel room was clean . The gave you clean towels every day even if you did t ask for them . Though on a busy road it wasn’t noisy and it made it easy to get into the City. Breakfast was ok

We were a little disappointed with the spa. There is a nice indoor pool and different types of saunas and we did use and enjoy them. Hard to explain, but it was a little strange that there were only men at the pool/saunas. Only massages available were 30 minute massages and only men masseur.

The room was good and the breakfast was good. Garden like grounds and quite. Staff was very pleasant as well.

The TV was quite old and no option for Netflix or to connect with a phone, anyways it wasn’t a big deal for us.

We wanted to enjoy the weekend by the pool and just relax- quick escape. We really liked the fact you can choose in between of the outdoor and indoor swimming pool with the spa. The whole resort was nice and quiet. Water in the indoor pool had really nice temperature and a size of the pool was great too. The outdoor pool was quite cold but I can imagine during hot summer days can be the temperature of the water more pleasant. The restaurant and the menu were alright. Difficult to say for us if it’s pricey or not(we have been visiting Bulgaria for the first time). Breakfast wasn’t bad, we have been missing more vegetables and fruits options. I would say we are used to bigger breakfast for 4* hotels. Just the waitresses have been giving us the feeling they are not super happy to see customers sometimes. But they always helped. Spa was great. We really liked the room! Very clean, we had everything we needed- junior suite..

Nobody at the reception after 7 pm. At the check-in a doorman who didn't speak english helped me by giving me a random room.

The only problem i had is with heating over night, because the temperature was impossible to set at right temperature and it was to hot and the air very dry.

The place looks old, but well maintained. It is very cozy and quiet with lots of villas in a big place with gardens between them. The SPA and pool are great with lots of options for the sauna area. The restaurant also looks great and it has a lot of options for breakfast.

The SPA isn’t included in all reservation options, you have to be very careful what you are booking. It was a bit pricey, the SPA couldn’t be payed only for half a day( i was working and had to pay for the whole day, even tho I was only using it for about 3 hours) . The restaurant was a bit pricey too, but the food was good.

The SPA was nice, the rooms were spacious enough, the restaurant was good.
