The stairs down to the balcony suite - was warned that these would be challenging but they were really quite unsafe. We did not have luggage and it would be impossible to carry down these stairs

The apartment was very clean, with good AC and an unforgettable view from the balcony which was an amazing place to have coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. In fact the apartment was so nice, that I almost regretted it-- it made you never want to leave 😅

The room has a charming medieval decor, and the balcony provides a stunning view. It was so relaxing to enjoy a tea or coffee and just listen to our thoughts. The host was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Everything was pretty good.

The view on this apartment is amazing!!!! We found paid parking about 300 km away. We did have to walk up hill but thats also why we were able to have a good view and the town appeared to be all hilly anyway. Going down the stairs does limit the accessibility for some people but for us it was fine. They are a little steep but nothing unmanageable.

A wonderful place near the Tsarevets fortress, wonderful vintage architecture. There is public parking nearby and the city's most famous and trendy restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. The room has a great view so you can watch the Lights show.Very clean and cozy.

This place is in a renovated old building, right in the heart of the old town—just a 5-minute walk to Tsarevets Fortress. We stayed in a room with a terrace overlooking the fortress, which was a real highlight. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well cared for. Just a heads-up—parking can be a bit tricky

While we enjoyed our stay in the room, there are a few things that can be improved upon: - there were not enough covers for all of us the first night and I got a cold. - There was a bad smell in the bathroom and there was water coming out from the faucet and the toilet when they were used. - There was not enough shampoo for all of us. - the wardrobe was old and had nails sticking out of them, my fiance pricked his finger on one of them.

I loved the location, the balcony and the fact that there was a smart TV and a good air conditioner! The bed was big and comfy and the sofa could be made into a bed as well! The room was big enough for the 3 of us and the owner was always available and very friendly!

Steep narrow stairs weren’t easy to negotiate. There were some very wide gaps in the floor boards, through which you could lose whatever you dropped.

Well equipped, comfortable room with an enclosed balcony that offers stunning views. I appreciated the fridge and kettle, hot water worked well. Directions for access to property were detailed & thorough. There’s a convenience store nearby and some eating places within a few hundred metres. It’s an easy walk to Tsarevets castle.
