- the flooded bathroom after shower that everyone talked about. Apparently, it’s an efficient design around here. - The light on the AC shines upon the entire small bedroom while sleeping, not a big problem if you are a solid sleeper.

+ clean and quiet room + the comfy bed + located at the charming.old town Nessebar. We could walk around the coast line after sun down. + friendly host

“Boutique” sets some expectations (as non BG) that were missing, the mattress in the large balcony room, the linens etc. If we didn’t have this expectation I think we would be pleasantly surprised VS a bit disappointed. The stairs are tough, we traveled with our older parents and it was a concern as they are a spiral so harder to navigate- just to keep it in mind if you stay for which floor to be on. Nothing to do with the property itself but to keep in mind the town isn’t fully open yet in mid-May, so PROs: it’s not crazy busy and the parking is free. CONs: can be a bit of a ghost-town at night with fewer things to do.

Fantastic location in Old Nesebar! Walkable to everything. The owners are super helpful, even helping us with luggage up a ton of stairs. Everything is clean and we felt safe at all times.

Parking instructions were unclear, so I had to call the hotel for clarification. You cannot drive up to the hotel; you have to park outside the city boundaries. The closest is the "North" lot. Parking was free in October.

Excellent location; everything worth seeing is within walking distance; clean room with everything you'd need for a short stay. I was pleasantly surprised when a hotel employee met me at a remote parking lot and drove me to the hotel. I didn't have to carry heavy bags.

Great place to stay. Excellent location în Old Town Nesebar. Very clean with a great view if you'll take any of the last floor rooms. Air conditioning worked and helped a lot. We arrived sooner than expected and allowed for an early check-in. The host is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Could have a bit more cutlery and glasses. But I’m sure had I asked it would have been provided. Bathroom needs a freshen on grout and door surface. Minor criticism as overall very good

The owners were fantastic and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Providing assistance to bring my car up to offload, my wife has a disability and this made things easier for her. The rooms are spacious and clean and sufficient for a short holiday. Best thing is location, right slap bang in the centre close to all the restaurants, shops and cafes. I highly recommend to anyone.

We booked two rooms - The Deluxe double with Sea View and the Budget double. In the beginning based on the photos we weren't sure if the bed in the Budget room will be large enough for two men but it was comfortable. The Deluxe room has a great balcony and an amazing panormaic seaside view. The staff were very friendly and nice. Upon arrival they picked us up from the entrance of the old town and helped us find the best parking. Additionally, the place has a bar/cafe so it's very convenient in the morning to get a cup of coffee and enjoy it on your balcony.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely guesthouse. The location is incredible - in the middle of the Old Town, and yet in a peaceful street. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and had 3 different rooms - one of them had a gorgeous big rooftop terrace with seaview. The other rooms also had balconies. One room had a relatively small bathroom - it worked for us, but just a heads-up to other travellers if they have mobility issues. I would definitely stay here again, most of all because we were made to feel so welcome.

A superb location in the middle of Old Nessebar. A beautiful terrace with a 180-degree view. Wonderful hosts, very attentive, and the price is excellent for this area and conditions. Highly recommend.
