The room conditions were not the best. Not enough snack bars

The beach and the SPA centre were among the best I have visited. A large choice of swimming pools and SPA facilities, plus an amazing beach line.

It was my second time in Palace hotel, great place to relax, beautiful beach next to the hotel quiet and safety area. Personnel is professional and helpful they sent me earrings which I left in room. Rooms are big and comfortable.

When we arrived in our wedding clothes, as we just got married, we was welcomed very friendly and congratulated by very kind receptionist ( Ivelina). We was there way earlier than the check-in time and we said we don't mind to wait at the lobby. Meanwhile Ivelina has organised our room to be prepared for a just married couple with welcome drinks ( proseco), towels made like swans on the bed, and a welcome card with congratulations from the hotel. Also our room was ready way earlier then the check-in time. We appreciate all this special treats and it made our time even more beautiful to remember! Thank you very much to all involved including the housekeeping staff and thank you very much to our fantastic receptionist Ivelina for making our day more special! The other stuff we loved was the great food and the best SPA I have ever been! Highly recommend it!

It's a great visit in off season when it's not crowded and everyone is off . Recommend staying during some week days so the spa is not loud and over run with kids.

Furniture in the room and everywhere in the hotel quite worn,especially in the restaurant . The entire lobby bar section is outdated, all the shops are closed, the pool table is almost non-functional . VERY COLD IN THE ROOM , ARROUND 20,5 degrees Celsius heating only with a very noisy (and old) AC installation !!!

SPA section are really unbelievable great , very good food at breakfast , the hotel is in pole position in front of the sea ,the deluxe double room is huge , . . . Was a GREAT 5***** Hotel in the past !

Some parts of the hotel deserve renovation.

We spent long weekend in the hotel. SPA area was very nice including outdoor swimming pool. We took half-board and breakfast and dinners were tasty proposing big variety of dishes. Our room was big and with marvelous sea view.

The hotel is starting to show discrete signs of the effects of time (a little renovation is needed), but for now without a significant impact on the functionality of the hotel's contents. Some food is not well prepared. Rich but monotonous breakfast and dinner. Expensive bar in the hotel lobby.

Fantastic outdoor pool with thermal water! The location is impeccable, protected from the environment, fenced with its own park, wonderful hotel terrace, wonderful view from the room. Rich spa treatments, as well as a buffet for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

The only thing we weren’t informed of was the spa hours for the winter. It was only open until 6pm. A simple bit of information at check in would’ve been great.

Right by the beach, beautiful private area, spa was great. We came in the Fall but the outdoor pool was warm and relaxing.

I could have made sure the room terrace was looking towards the beach and not the forest, I didn't think of that when booking. Lesson learned. :-)

We enjoyed very much the spa, beach and restaurant. Also the resort is very calm and quiet. Very well connected to Varna and Golden Sands.
