United KingdomThe room and the bathroom weren’t properly cleaned from the previous guests, facilities are quite warn out… like very old shower etc.. The futon bed for our child was extremely uncomfortable, very old and was sliding on the tiles when you turn around..
We liked the spectacular sea views, also the location is not too far from the centre of the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful! The food was well cooked and there was enough choice !

RomaniaThe room was not as on the reservation at all. The beds were two seperate ones unlike from the reservation as far as I remember. The staff was rather unfriendly and unhelpful when we forgot our towels by the pool and when we went to get them and they were not there. The barman from the pool bar and the receptionist were just unpleasant to talk to sending us on a fetch quest. Props for the lifeguard who gathered them and knew immediately what were we talking about. The amount of wasted plastic cups due to low dosage of drinks was rather concerning. Raise the dosage or provide a dedicated cup to reduce sensless waste.

I booked this property for my family so from their experience i can say that the facilities and the location are great. Also seems like a good place for families with kids. But the food was a disaster and it was lacking quality. They even got sick with their stomach afterwards.

RomaniaThe room was dirty (cobwebs) on the ceiling and walls. The AC was not working properly although we were in the middle of the summer and the staff did not manage to fix it. The hotel was understaffed, check-in was supposed to take place starting from 15:00 however the rooms were not ready at 15:20 and we actually had to wait until 16:10 to get our room. The quality of the food (breakfast) was sub-par.
The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was nice. Decent variety of things to eat for breakfast.

The housekeeping clean services open the dor every day , even when was the ' do not disturbed sign of the door ' , and when we said we want clean servicies , she maked just the bad with the old laundry !!!!!!!

LithuaniaA deposit of BGN 20 or EUR is required for beach towels. You take the money with you when you leave, so it's better to leave it in euros, as you may not have anywhere to spend the Bulgarian money you take when you leave. The staff are young people, I had the impression that they are very tired, don't know much, lack politeness and smiles. Beach towels can be exchanged at the SPA, but the opening hours are unclear. If you want to change early in the morning or later in the evening, you will not be able to do so.
Location - close to the sea, within easy walking distance. The 750 steps mentioned in previous comments are not true. There are 195 steps to the sea, but you don't have to climb the stairs all the way, the steps are very conveniently placed. Food - meals are available all day (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, supper until 21.30). Bars are open until 23.00. The food is varied and tasty. Very many young people, but quite quiet. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beach towels can be changed every day or even several times a day.

However after we saw the quality of All Included, especially alcohol and cloudy water in pools we just spent days in a one beach poolbar for 30 BGN/day.

RomaniaI didn't like the all inclusive, except for the beer, white wine and the apple juice. One example: the fish pane was not cooked at all.There are more others , as an overall the food was not cooked very good. The drinking water still and mineral had a funny taste ( as chlorine). The pools must be managed by staff hotel, because the guest "reserved" the pool chairs with towels even that they didn't use them for more than 1 h . They started to "reserve" the pool chiars at the first hour in the morning. Not to mention that the pool with 1.6m deep wasn't used by the guests that "reserved" the pool chairs.
