Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The territory has all the conditions for recreation. The pools are clean, the food in the restaurant is tasty, the portions are large, the restaurant employees speak different languages, and the prices are affordable. Employees are polite. The rooms are clean. Hygiene products are available and towels in the bathroom. 20-30 minutes to the sea. I recommend!💙💛

HungaryReception is only opened between 8am-4.30pm. If you arrive out of these hours it’s not clear how to get in (in our case the key was left with the security guard which we weren’t notified about and the guard luckily saw us walking up&down and asked whether I was the person whose name was on an envelope with the key in).In case of any issue you have to wait to get it sorted (we had a missing shower door(!) and leaking bojler when we arrived around 8pm)so I had to wait till the next day to notify. It was fixed while we were out at the beach- gave permission to the handy man to enter,otherwise they’d have waited till we were in so I guess not too bad after all. Gym was supposedly be opened every day but you could only enter if you went to the other complex’s reception to get the key. It didn’t seem to worth the effort to march between the receptions and the gym itself so we didn’t use it. 4th floor,no lift - wasn’t a big issue for us but for some people it could be difficult to climb up and down multiple times a day. Sofa bed was ok but the bed in the bedroom was uncomfortably soft (extra mattress on the base mattress but smaller 🫤). Also not fitted sheets but just one thrown on. Pillows are extremely flat so bring your own if you can! Chairs at the dining room table were beige and quite dirty. It’s about 20 mins walk from the beach. Bins were only emptied once during our 7-night stay.
Secure.Can only get in with using a magnetic key at the gate. There is also a security guard. Reception office is right next to the building. Pool view. I think there is 5 or 6 pools among the buildings…ours seemed to be the biggest with a slide.Working AC in both the bedroom and the living room.Double balcony.Kitchen was fully fitted - toaster,kettle,microwave,plates,cups,glasses,mugs,pots,pans,utensils. A coffee machine would have made it perfect. Towels were changed once / after the 3rd day. On site there is one restaurant (morning coffee place for me). At the next complex ,which is a few mins walk away,there is another restaurant where we went every night for dinner. Reasonable selection,good prices,English speaking waiters/waitresses. Two small shops within a few hundred meters. Very good WI-FI. Right opposite an Aquapark.

United KingdomThe walk into Sunny Beach is not that nice having to cross over a busy road, there is a bridge to the left ( in the wrong direction. Going to the right you can cross the road when its less busy. Its in Sunny Beach not a very pleasant resort for me. Better options (in order) are Sozopol, Nessebar, Burgas is suprisingly nice with the sea gardens and beaches.
Lots of sunbeds, pools nice bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Free library where you can swap books

United KingdomThat there were only 2 "restaurants" on the complex despite it being a vast size. The menu choice was very limited and drinks were poor in quality. There perhaps needs to be smaller pool bars scattered round given the amount of pools in the complex. Also toilets near the pools as we had a distance to walk whenever we were at the pool back to our apartment when we needed the toilet. Could probably benefit from a few more loungers around the pool.
We booked the Nessebar Fort Apartments and ended up in the Fort Noks apartments at the far end of the complex. We booked 2 apartments and asked if they could be close together but they were quite a distance apart. Also one of the apartments was quite a bit smaller than the other with smaller rooms and beds/mattresses/sofa were extremely uncomfortable.

EstoniaThe bedroom air conditioner was old and needs maintenance. Somewhere inside, a fan seems to be hitting something. It can't be left on at night because the noise makes it impossible to sleep. The living room air conditioner wasn't working (it was blowing air, but not cool air)
