We spent a wonderful week here on vacation. The hotel owner and his family are amazing — always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. They helped us rent a car safely and stress-free, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, Wi-Fi-enabled TV, a comfortable large bed, and air conditioning. There’s a shared kitchen on the ground floor where you can cook anytime — it has everything you need. The beach is just an 8-minute walk away, and for extra convenience, the hotel offers free beach umbrellas. Right across the street, there’s a great restaurant serving delicious food and pizza. There’s also a nearby shop open until 10 PM where you can grab a good bottle of wine and enjoy it on the lovely terrace outside the hotel. Our flight to Vienna was at 9:30 PM, and we were kindly allowed to stay in our room until departure — such thoughtful service! P.S The owner speaks Bulgarian, English and Russian

The shower was a bit of a problem as it was a walk in shower and it got dry sooo hard. You could not use the toilet for at least an hour after showering.

Super close to the beach, took about 15 minutes to walk from the villa. Very nice room, comfy and large bed. Very close to good restaurants and also to a non stop shop. The owners were very nice, very helpful. Beautiful decorations, nice terrace, it was really great. They have natural flowers, fruits in the garden, it makes it feel like a warm home. Might be a little detail, but I have loved the fact that the face towel was not white.

There is nothing not to like. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing holiday

I like the open spaces and the layout of the rooms. Especially liked the outside plan, where you can either be in the sun or sit in the shade

Around location there is some construction going on and streets could be in better shape

location is quiet with nice restaurant opposite side of the road. it's short walk to near by beach and Burgas airport is also in walking distance. we had our own rental car and there was private parking available so no need to look for free spot on the street. owners of place were extremely friendly and even prepared small traditional Bulgarian meal for us when we arrived

The rooms were airy and comfortable with Aircon and nice private bathroom/shower. There's a lovely restaurant over the road and the owners of the house are incredibly friendly. A sweet family that was so hospitable, we were treated to some pancakes and french toast unexpectedly in the mornings 🥰 and very kindly we were provided with airport transfers. They really went above and beyond!

Superb room with balcony and access to kitchen, lounge and garden. Extremely well decorated and finished. Host very helpful. Sarafovo is so handy for beach and airport (easy to walk to both), very quiet and relaxed small town.

The pillow Could be better

The room is clean and comfy, with a fridge and a Coffee maker. You can also use the kitchen of the house. The family is really lovely and Kind What makes your stay very nice. There is place to Park also.

Owners are very kind friendly and reliable people. It’s great to be abroad but feel like at home due to owners’ efforts to make your vacation comfortable. I was really impressed how tidy they are and how much time they spent during a day to keep house clean. Such a huge work💪. Recommend 💯
