Didn't like the fact that dogs could stay, especially when you see one weeing in the hallway, didn't find the jacuzzi,s very clean no shower to wash off lotion, so there were dirty lines round them, this made me not want to get in them, towels and sheets were only changed twice in a week

The spa is small, and the pools seemed dirty. We were on a family trip celebrating a birthday. We had 3 rooms, and in one of the rooms, the air conditioning didn't work (the control was in Chinese), staff at first not helpful at all. The next day, they offered us a new room. The middle-aged man who works at the spa/massage seemed indifferent and not friendly. We had a bad interaction with staff in the gym - the old guy who works there was very rude to my husband, who is from Canada and doesn't speak Bulgarian very well. The gym instructor yelled at him and told him that in Bulgaria, he should speak Bulgarian. Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel.

Breakfast was decent with a good variety of choices. Rooms are nice, good size, and cleaned every day. A couple of us had massages at the spa, and we enjoyed them. The best part of the trip was dealing with the front office manager, Maggie who was so professional and accommodating. We wish all staff was like her!

Our jacuzzi shot out dirty black stuff from the jets. Not sure if there are filters that needed to be cleaned. A bit off putting. The bed needs proper pillows not the round cushions that other people have used.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and given a welcome drink and explanation of facilities. Facilities were great. We needed more time to take full advantage. Unique room with round bed. Coffee facilities. Parking.

Sound insulation in rooms is poor. The water in the shower can unexpectedly change from hot to cold and vice versa. The staff doesn't speak English. My understanding of Bulgarian helped. The restaurant didn't have some positions from the menu.

When you want to order something from the inner pool and the water massage is ON in the pool and a lot of kids around - the communication over the phone with catering department is difficult. I went by foot with bathrobe in the restaurant to order in person and i was told that bathrobes are not the type of clothing suitable for the reastaurant-i should use the phone to order 🤪🤔🙂.

3 days stay in the end of Oct. It was very clean. Not too crowdy. Nifty and compact but still you have everything you need for a pleasant family vacation-two restaurants combining Bulgarian and international cuisine. Very quiet room. The staff were really kind. We had 2 sinks in the bathroom which is very helpful for a family with kids. There’s a kids playground right outside. Also inside the hotel -with a person to watch over the kids while you can enjoy calmly a drink with your spouse. Inner and outer swiming pools with hot water. Pools were clean. Outside there are ~7 beds you can relax if you want. I didnt had the chance to check the sauna / massage/steam baths and the rest of the spa area as i was with kids. There are 4 outdoor jacuzzi type mineral pools with 4 different water mineralisation levels, which are quite nice to sit and enjoy the cold weather outside. Also with hi healthcare effect on the human body. The temperature in one of them can really test your ability to withstand heat. Love it for a short heat-up Parking spaces outside.

Wasn’t clear how often the dipping pools outside were cleaned and one of the three wasn’t working. The outside pool was also not available for use throughout our stay. Also the pool facilities inside felt quite small for a spa hotel and the stream room was under renovation so we could only use the sauna.

Property design and furniture, the terrace with dipping pools and the readiness to help by the staff. They helped me organise a birthday surprise which was much appreciated and greatly received. We also got a good massage!
