The hot water took a long time to come through.

The breakfast was quite good and delicious. Location is close to the main road. There was free parking in front of the hotel.

The finnish sauna was not working properly- I’ve been traveling to this hotel for one day break and the sauna not working is really frustraining. I dont care about pools and steam bath. SPA is mainly associated with finnish sauna !

swimming pools are too small for actual swimming, the gym equipment is poor, the room was right at the street near the main road and was a little bit noisy, despite the window isolation, the breakfast was nothing special, just several things at the table (the coffee was not good)

the staff was really nice and friendly, SPA was really nice and cozy, sauna, steam bath and jakuzi were top

It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The building is old and need a serious renovation. The shower holder at the wall was shaking, the bin's lid wad dents, the building's air condition was not working (the room's air condition was OK), the furniture is cheap.

Breakfast - nice variety of food, but nothing extraordinary. Scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, some traditional Bulgarian food The personnel - very friendly and polite The room was clean The spa is great, despite the fact that the pools are small The food in the restaurant was delicious!

The pool area is too small for the hotel capacity. Lunch and dinner are not included, and the regular food menu is not suitable for kids.

The outdoor swimming pool was closed during our stay, for which we were not informed beforehand. The bucket with cold water in the spa was not working. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel has nice spa facilities, the studio room is spacious and clean. There is a great view to the mountain, and the area is very nice for a walk.

The hotel could use some renovation, the restaurant is kind of pricey for the quality of the food and the slow service. It’s a bit far from the city center, but there are enough restaurants and shops nearby, but maybe no ATM.

The spa and pool area are very nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s in a peaceful area near the Kleptuza park, near the southern train station.

Lack of enough electrical plugs in the room. With 4 electronic cigarettes and two phones we had only one plug in the room, there was a second, but it was inaccessible behind the bed frame. The spa was a bit mainstream

The SPA center is relatively small and jacuzzi and the pools were very crowded. The outside pool wasn't clean enough. There was a very loud company. People jumping, shouting and splashing all the time, with no restrictions from the hotel staff.

Good food at the restaurant. Great location near the lake and the rail station. Nice view from the balcony. Spacious studio, no matter it's a little bit old fashioned style.

Spa closes at 8 pm disappointing for late arrival. Located far from restaurants and the center.

Spa center is small but quite. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good and they offer tasty tea.
