Noisy when the adjacent room turns on the air conditioning. Part of room feels lime it vibrates. The furniture is a bit torn out already.

As I previously mentioned the cleaning staff was nice, however rest in general were quite moody lacking hospitality. Inacurate information about the parking lot. The parking is paid and not free as stated here. The barrier on the parking entrance doesn’t work and you have to call the reception and wait and explain if you have paid everytime. The breakfast was monotous and plain. No receipt was isssued.

I liked the location, it was perfect. The pool was nice and clean. The cleaning ladies were kind. The room was quite spacious.

Everything was very basic about the studio. Basic furniture nothing special, the coach had questionable stains and the bathroom had signs of mold on the sides and bathroom door. The listing says the place a kitchenette and in reality it only has a small fridge and a kitchen sink and countertop; no stove or anything to even boil eggs or make coffee. The price is definitely high for the amenities that you get. Cleaning was supposed to be included but the one day they came to “clean” they just left clean towels and possibly swept the floor, the bed wasn’t made, the bathroom was not cleaned.

It was really close to the beach right at the free zone between Bar Verano and Noir. The beach was quiet and there was plenty of room to put up an umbrella. The studio had a partial sea view which was nice too. Airconditioning was nice.

The check in process is super slow and the man on reception is always unfriendly. The parking is paid even if you ae a guest and, once they have your plate number in the system, you are supposed to have an easy time going in and out of the parking lot. However, this didn't work a single time, leading to us having to call reception multiple times including late at night in order for them to open the gate manually.

The location is the reason I chose the hotel for a second time. The rooms are spacious and out of season, the price is fine.

The studio wasnt very welcoming, a bit run down, and the mattress was very dirty with just a small single sheet on top that wasn't covering it well

The room was very clean and spacious. The terrace made it possible to have a good time outdoors. The receptionist was very friendly and always answered the assigned tasks.

While the hotel does offer parking, there is a daily fee of 10 leva, it would be preferable not to have to pay extra for parking having in mind the price for one night. Alternatively, there is a free parking area behind the hotel, though it resembles more of a grassy lawn.

The hotel is located near the beach, though it is not close to Sozopol, so a car is necessary to explore the area beyond the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed for only one night and had no issues.

It's very close to Verano and overall to the beach. Also, they allow pets and that's fantastic aaaand they provide parking - paid or free. Great for it's value. More than what I expected.

The property around the facility was dirty, smelly, muddy. The facility itself was good but the surroundings was not. They also need to have a way to rent chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Cleanliness needs to be improved as well as general repairs of hotel rooms as everything is deteriorating within the years.

Location is perfect, spacious rooms, quite zone and amazing sea views.

The overall facilities are in horrible shape. THe room smelled from the kitchen, the bathroom smelled of mold and from the canal. The furniture was old and dirty especially the couch! The cleaning stuff barely cleaned the room and just changed the towels. The breakfast is like in hotels in old soviet time. Didnt use the pool so cant really tell. The one male receptionist was ok but the 2 ladies were extremely unproffesional and impolite borderline rude without a reason.

The location is the only selling point and the fact that it has dedicated parking spots depending on room.

A little bit away from Sozopol, but its right at the beach.

Good location at Kavatsi beach, big and well furnished rooms, has swimming pool and buffet breakfast. Great value for money, has private parking.
