The music was too loud around the pool and bar area and actually unnecessary. Our room was on 3rd floor and overlooked the pool area which meant we had no peace and quiet if we wanted it. Music started at 0830 until 2300 with a short gap around 1300. Closing our balcony door made little difference. The cleaning staff could be heard talking from 0800 each day in the corridor which was disturbing if we wanted a lie in.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. What food we had was very good. Relatively short walk to beaches and restaurants. Hotel helped with taxi bookings when needed.

In an almost perfect place What not to like ?

The Staff is 🤩 amazing They helped me with all I needed. The bed was comfortable. The Room is spacious and comfortable with the pool view balcony Chery on top 🎩

The noise and loud music from a nearby inn were disturbing in the evening, lasting until around midnight. The full board system is not flexible: we had dinner included, but check-out was at 11 AM, and lunch only started at 1 PM, so we couldn’t benefit from the lunch meal. We could have stayed by the pool or returned to the premises after check-out for the included meal, but due to the time gap and organization, it was not convenient. This resulted in an unnecessary loss of about 30 euros. For these reasons, I do not recommend the full board option to future guests, as the value for money regarding meals is not favorable.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was very good. The hotel provides a generally pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

Mattress was good but could be better. Cleanliness was also sufficient but I would recommend deep cleaning of the bathroom and carpet on regular basis.

The ad in Booking says free parking and that’s only part of the truth. They have an underground parking space that is secure and keeps your car away from the elements and that’s 20lv additional per night. The free parking is actually a grassy, muddy area that if it rains enough you will have a fun time driving out of. The grassy parking is only secured by a padlock that can easily be cut and the gate can actually probably be kicked down if you tried hard enough. The underground parking is empty most of the time.. i believe it should be available to guests without cost. If not, at least make the overground parking a bit more secure and maybe pave it.

The great hotel is surrounded by super noisy pubs and before 11:30 pm it is impossible to get to bed you can hear even with closed windows and ear taps very laud music

Beautiful hotel near the beach with own pool and bar. Professional staff (the receptionist were always ready to help, the cleaning lady was really kind). The hotel itself is not too large (in comparison with other hotels in Primorsko) which is a big plus for using the services of hotel (e.g. pool, breakfast etc.) and it makes the stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!
