nothing really, the hotel did not disappoint in any way

We felt right at home at Hotel Sentro. The Rooms were clean and well designed with comfortable beds. The Breakfast (surcharge of EUR 9) was delicious, healthy and completely worth the price. Some of the best staff I ever encountered! They made you feel very welcome and it was a joy interacting with them. The location right next to Vitosa Blvd is outstanding yet we didn't hear any noise at night. Overall, it's a 10/10!

Too complicated air condition setting, and light switches.

Cute little hotel, the room is a bit small but it's not that bad. Modern, clean room and very functional shower and toilet. Breakfast made from bread is very varied and tasty but we would have preferred a buffet. The staff is very nice and helpful. And I give it 5 stars mainly because of its great location right next to Sofia's famous promenade. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

The location of hotel is perfect and have to say this was one of the nicest hotel room we've been! Beautiful lightning, very comfy bed and that bathroom was gorgeous! We really enjoyed our short stay, would love to come back some day!

Most of all, I liked the people at the reception desk- extremely kind, friendly, professional, really unique! In addition, the room is excellent and new, location is convenient and overall the hotel is like a little jewel in the city centre of Sofia! Thanks a million for the excellent Bulgarian hospitality, would visit gladly again!

This little hotel is the best. It is beautiful. It is in the centrr of the center and still in a (relatively) quiet street. Sure, you pay just a bit more (also for parking) but it is worth it. ( I did not try the breakfast).

Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable. Everything needed was in the room. Perfect location. Possibly the friendliest staff ever (and I travel a lot!). Would absolutely recommend and, if I ever find myself back in Sofia, would not hesitate to stay here again.

-breakfast time is quite limited: from 8 till 10 Costs 9€ per person, it is not buffet, it is served personally

+excellent location - 1 minute to the pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants +quite place +new amenities +hairdryer is amazing, new one and very good +good minibar in room +they do have a parking space, costs 25€ per night but safe, underground. To use it, you should ask the receptionist to open lift and the car goes underground

Great location on a quiet side-street just steps away from the main pedestrian promenade with shops and restaurants on Vitosha Blvd. Cute wine bar across the street. Welcoming and very helpful English-speaking staff, who can recommend and book restaurants, tours, etc. Rooms recently renovated with good A/C and comfy beds. Lovely garden breakfast restaurant with delicious Bulgarian specialties. We were there on our 25th Anniversary and the manager Salzina took excellent care of us. You can book a pickup at the airport with them, or park your rental car in their garage (€25). It’s high-end for Sophia but intimate and lovely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
