The view was amazing. We loved to sit in balcony and listen to the sea and drink coffee. It was nice they had coffee machine and even coffee left. Such a small things made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Small bathroom and the water will get on the bathroom floor if you don't place the curtain correctly.

The location is great and the apartment is very nice and cosy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift and the parking is right next to the building. We recommend it!

Nothing so important...keep in mind thaht the place is not big, it has a small bathroom and WC - all you need is there, but in tiny space...

Perfect location, just at the beach! Amazing view of Burgas' coast and the Black sea...The beach has all you need for a refreshing stay at the sea...It is a real pleasure to welcome the day with the view from the balcony. The place features a parking place, next to the main entrance, which makes it a perfect option for a trip with a car.. The place is cosy and nice

The property was excellent but the sea water at the local Diddi beach had very poor visibility and at the next beach there were signs saying not to swim due to sewage. This wasn't stopping people from swimming in the sea and there was no smell, but it was disappointing.

The apartment was well equipped & well located and with an amazing sea view. It was a short walk down a flight of steps to the clean sandy beach. The host was very friendly and even collected us from the airport. The buses (1.50 Lev per journey) were very easy to use to get back to the airport and to go into Burgas town. There were other shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The view was marvelous. I didn't expect it to be actually this close to beach and sea. Evening chilling with sound of waves and view of water was very relaxing

There was nothing we didn't like. Mostly everything was excellent.

The view in the appartament was excellent. Very friendly host, allowed to check in a couple hours earlier, also waited at location on agreed time. Comfortable, cozy bedroom together with small kitchen.

Mind that the property is not in Burgas, but in Sarafovo, 10km outside of Burgas. If you have a car is a perfect spot to stay, otherwise you can also use a public transport that takes you to the Burgas city center within 35 minutes for 1,5 lv per person.

An amazing view from the balcony is definitely the best part of staying in this apartment. The hosts are really friendly, proactively contact you and make sure that your stay in Burgas is the best possible. You have an easy access to the beach just in front of the apartment.

The bathroom is too small to be comfortable, but it's a common disadvantage of bulgarian apartments. Also, the apartment is close to the airport, but a bit far from the city center with restaurants and shops. However, there is a lovely beach just outside the building that compensate for shortcomings.

Lovely apartment with the best sea view. The building is located in a dead end, so it is very quiet outside at night. The apartment is suitable for workation, there is a nice table to place a laptop and a kitchen with all necessary appliances. There is a grocery store and a restaurant at the nearby hotel for those who like to lunch outside, but for me there is nothing better than having breakfast on a balcony overlooking the sea.
