Staff could improve English and also help with bringing luggage to the room , with two kids was not easy to do ourselves

You can’t always get a parking space at the front of the hotel to unload/load but there is free parking adjacent to the hotel so not really a problem. The narrow road to it has a few potholes and may not give a good initial impression but once you are inside you instantly feel relaxed and cared for. The staff are welcoming and mostly speak good English.

So easy to relax here. The staff are always available to help and kindly provided a highchair for our tiny guest and moved tables around so that we could eat by the pool. Love the food ( especially the home-made pasta dishes), the view, the proximity to Sozopol old town, the gorgeous spa and the infinity pool. The bedrooms themselves are spacious, spotless and comfortable with a well stocked mini bar. We opted for the sea view room which I would recommend.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful ambience, creating a feast for all of your five senses. A spa retreat that’s restful, catering to your needs of being pampered and has a stylish decor throughout, providing a feeling of luxury. The staff were friendly, accommodating (we ate dinner there every night of our vacation) were eager to please and they even prepared a breakfast to go because we were leaving very early the following morning.

Worth noting that the hotel is a decent 40 minute walk to the old town of Sozopol, which is the nicest area to explore and get dinner. The general peaceful atmosphere can get slightly thrown-off by the nearby beach bar in the late afternoon, but no great issue.

Great boutique-y hotel along the Sozopol coast. Our room was lovely and spacious (think we may have been upgraded?) but most rooms have a sea-facing balcony and area very tastefully done. The infinity pool area, as per the photos, is amazing.

Surrounded by hotels and not pleasant to walk around.

Went out of season. We received special treatment, they made an amazing surprise for my fiancé who had a birthday. Private and very special experience. The room is amazingly equipped one of the I have stayed at.

The young reception lady that checked us in seemed more interest in her phone than the hotel guests. We would pass by reception and she would not even look at us or greet us. On the first night of our stay we had to ask for a baby crib twice before eventually getting it. However, when the hotel manager was around she would put a completely different mask on and show interest in our experience. Gym is rather small and really lacks weights. I would recommend a set of 10-32kg adjustable dumbbells which do not cost a lot of money but can be used in a variety of ways for a semi-experienced gym goer. The money spent for the super expensive "TechnoGym Kinesis Personal" functional wall could have definitely been put in something more useful but that's just my personal opinion. It would be nice if the sauna is available between certain times and not have to go to reception and ask to have it turned on an hour early. I appreciate that the hotel was rather empty and this measure was in place in order to save on electricity though.

The hotel was quiet and it felt like we had it all to ourself. High standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was really good. Room was of decent size and we even got a free bottle of white wine and a hotel branded towel as a welcome gift(very nice touch!). Most hotel staff were really nice and friendly.

Everything was perfect as in a fairy tale.

From the first moment we entered the hotel, we were blown away by its beautiful interior and cosy rooms. Everything in the hotel is beautiful and welcoming, the rooms, the hotel lobby, the restaurant, the outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The fitness area and sauna with direct access to the sandy beach is also beautifully designed. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. We spent two days and two nights here and we are glad we planned our stay so that we could enjoy the hotel to the fullest.

The beach in front of the hotel is neglected and tiny, petty to be asked to pay for making your own capsule coffee at the spa, surely it should be free or otherwise indicate.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms with the sea view are worth it. It’s a boutique style hotel where you feel well-looked after. All staff is kind and professional. The breakfast was wonderful: good variety and everything was fresh. The hotel also has a lunch and dinner menu which is very good. We loved our stay there and we will certainly come back!

We were here in May out of the season so it was super quiet with only a few more guests. We loved the hotel and swimming pool and spa, and sauna with the sea view was amazing.
