Walkable location, spacious and comfortable enough apartment, cheap price

The fridge was freezing, cause it was somewhat broken even when turned down. The place had some strange stains around the cupboard or handles. The bed matrasses were old spring ones. Not very comfy to sleep on. No hot water in the sink but at least in the shower.

It was not problem for us, but there isn't lift in the hotel. Also it is problem more related the whole Burgas: seagulls. Be ready to enjoy their laughing the whole night😂.

The hotel is placed near to the city centre. The room was enough clean and cozy. There is an electric kettle, some tea bags and sticks of sugar in the room. I only chatted with administrator, but he is enough nice person, explained where we could find keys and it was very comfortable for us, because we arrived at 21:00.

Our apartment was in the 5th floor without elevator, so it's not very good for people with larger baggage

Street seemed seedy at first but just a behindctown neighbouhood of family people so dont be put off by first impressions

Bad smell all the time. One day without hot water and one day without any water due to city repairs in the area. One matrice very thin, unconfortabile for sleeping.. At the main entrance in the building, there was a constant dripping from the Air conditioner. Free or paid parking hard to fiind.

Washing machine with dryer. Air conditioner.. The owner was very friendly. Paid parking available at 10 leva per day.

I don’t know what kind of birds live in Burgas but all night they were making noise and I swear it sounded like monkeys. I genuinely thought we were right next to a zoo or something. Not a big deal, though. The place was good enough. I just wish we had more towels.

We just needed a place to sleep and this was exactly what we expected. Nothing crazy or fancy, but a clean bed with AC.

The street was very cracked and the train and main bus station is the south not the central one I couldn’t find the supermarket nearby

It was dirty, badly maintained. Very few utensils (also very dirty), only one roll of toilet paper for three days, no elevator in the block, no cups only glasses. Not a good value for money, should be much much cheaper.

The location of the property is good. The woman on reception is very kind and polite.

States it was pet friendly but when we got there got told we couldn’t leave our dog on his own at any point. Spoilt our stay as we couldn’t do what we wanted to do and the price we paid I expected to have been able to have left our pet for a short length of time.

Stuffy, unpleasant smell inside, gloomy. Staircase is spooky. It's very loud when somebody is walking the stairs. Furnishings seem old. The big bed was unbelievably soft which didn't suit me. Part of the bed you lean against while sitting is falling off of the wall. Check in done by a cleaning lady which is bizarre , the lady doesn't speak English but is nice and communicative.

Economical room good enough for one night when you stay outside most of the time. There is an electric kettle and a mug in the room but not even one spoon

There is smoking in the building even though we leased a non-smoking apartment.

I didn’t like a small things like : 1)the apparent wasn’t clean as all. A used package of coffee was just on the table. 2)Also the bed was very old and uncomfortable with damage on it. 3)The kitchen sink wasn’t clean. 4)A toilet paper throwed in the toilet

The bed sheets were all in little holes and we had small insects on the sheets. There was bad smell

1. the shower and toilet were not separated, so every time you took a shower the whole bathroom got wet, and later when you wanted to use the bathroom you had to avoid the water on the floor 2. the room smelled musty and opening windows were not help at all 3. the floor and walls looked like their best days had been long time ago
