Ruby Red House is really an exceptional place in the very centre of Sofia, offering great comfort and everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was spotless clean, the beds are large and cosy, there is also a kitchen corner. There is everything that you might need if you want to cook for yourselves but we took advantage of the amazing bakeries and restaurants nearby. It is also very quiet and there is an inner yard with chairs if you want to spend some time outside. Public transport is also very close. Stela is very nice and the contact with her was prompt and efficient.

Everything was excellent. Just note that there were no disposable slippers, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. Also, there was no washing machine.

Very nice and charming flat—I liked it a lot. Stela was very friendly and attentive. After the reservation, she contacted us via WhatsApp, which made it easy to ask questions and find the location. The location was excellent, close to the metro and historical sites. There’s also a lovely little yard where you can connect with other guests and even make new friends.

Ok, a minor thing is that they missed to stock a little sugar for the coffee. Maybe they didn't think it necessary. I think that now they will think of it..

Position was great. Beautiful street with huge canopy of trees. Nice house, the one that the apartment was in.

The only thing was the size of the room and, consequently, the bathroom/shower. For a tall/big man the shower can be quite a challenge.

Very close to city centre. Nice and convenient area. Coffe shops, dinning and convenient stores all around it. Within a walking distance from many attractions.

Stella is a real pro. Very flexible to move our booking when we had a misfortune, went the extra mile to help with the private parking; she made our stay such a nice experience! Room is modern, clean, with good equipment. Seems it is done the way it should be.

There was an extra fee for the parking I would personally prefer if it was already included in the booking price.

It is very nice and modern apartment. Everything is super clean and I love the branding. I am a big fan of all digital perks such as a code on the room door and the main door etc. Great location and the communication with the host was very efficient and quick.

A few small details could be improved— there was body wash but no shampoo, and only 2 coffee pods provided, 1 decaf and 1 regular (so we ended up having to split a cup), etc.

Great stay. Super recently renovated, sparkling clean and great communication with the host when we arrived a bit later than planned. Very quiet at night and the building is gorgeous. Super recommended!

The beautiful apartment house is located in the city center, with very easy access to the airport. The bed and pillows ate very comfortable, and bathroom is very nice and new, with everything you need. The shower was a little tight, but that wasn’t a problem for me. They went extra mile and printed out our tickets in the office next door, because it was a weekend day, and offered us a very good coffee at the reception. The staff is extremely kind and nice to talk to :)

Cozy, comfortable apartment in the city center in a beautiful historic red brick building. The apartment is new, clean, has everything you need. We had a very good feeling, we will come again with joy) There is a parking lot for cars. Very happy that you can stay with a small dog, which also gave us some treats :) Thank you for such a warm and pleasant hospitality!
