Perhaps for a longer stay more varied menu in the restaurant would be good however we understand that in such a remote location it is not possible to have an endless supply of ingredients for varied meals.

Stunning and peaceful location, very friendly and accommodating staff, everyone was very kind and hard working. The cabin was very clean, it had everything that we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The food was good and was varied enough for a short stay.

Restaurant needs some polishing up in terms of cleanliness and quality.

If you want to get out of the city noises, it’s the perfect place to go. It’s quiet, beautiful and the fireplaces make for a cozy atmosphere in the cold days.

Our bathroom was a bit dated and could use a renovation. The place also offers bikes to rent but they are kind of old and rusty.

We hadn't realised how remote the resort was, which in itself is not bad, but the last 5 km of the road is a dirt track, so getting in and out is a bit of a mission. It was fine to stick around for 3 days and eat in the restaurant, but for a longer holiday it would be better to come prepared with food/supplies if you want some variety.

The service and the food were fantastic. The staff were really attentive with the kids and gave us recommendations on activities in the area. The resort is very clean and tidy and very relaxed and safe due to the remote location.

There is 5 km back road to the houses which is full of big holes.

It will be good to have a coffee machine at breakfast instead of instant coffee. It will also be nice to keep the cooked breakfast items warm for longer

Fantastic location and great log cabins. The restaurant has improved a lot since our last visits a few years ago and the menu and food were excellent!

There was no housekeeping, so basically this is a camping with huts. Not all huts are equipped with a kitchen. The cleaning could be better. The roads are terrible. The food in the restaurant is too overpriced for the poor quality. Breakfast was ok. One of the mornings they sprayed with poison in the grass and there was a notification that there is a 24 hour quarantine period. The paper note was so small that I was really lucky i saw it. There are children playing on the playground and for me this was really not done when you know there are children everywhere.

The location is very nice! However the road to reach the place is very bad. The staff is friendly although they could do more for the place to make the experience better. The beds were very comfy and there are bbq facilities.

It wasn’t cleaned before us. In the flyers in the house was stated that every stay has a breakfast included - when we went to have one, they told us that it’s not included. The restaurant was super expensive with very very low quality. For example the fries were black. We had to travel to Sarnitsa to have a nice meal.

The houses were very nice with all the wooden theme. Fireplace was giving very warm comfort and they are providing enough wood for it. Bed were comfy too.

The couch smells like sweat. The double bed was actually for person and a half and that made in uncomfortable. The restaurant was super expensive. The road to the house was terrible 4km off-road and we almost broke our car.

We got one of the backside Vila’s number 15 I’m not sure if you need to pay more for the front once or if we just got “lucky” but doesn’t matter, the view was a storage shed that is in front of the house and a kids playground, so keep this in mind: it’s good to call in advance to ask about the location and view of the Vila, other Vila’s had a clear view of the lake, others had the view of the back side of the front Vila’s. And of course you have the lux Vila’s which are more expensive but I was not expecting to be in those ones anyway. So yes it was kind of disappointing but it happens.

Cozy and relaxing are the main words I can say about the place, very quite and relaxing no noise and nothing that can bother you, surrounded by forest it’s the perfect place to relax. Get away from phones and laptops enjoy the cracking of the wood in the fireplace and forget about the busy life in the city. Wood it’s included in the price and the manager and stuff is extremely helpful.

Food in the restaurant wasn’t great. Restaurant only works for certain hours during the day. Breakfast was very scarce. Also nearest shop for any food is 40mins away and if you missed a meal you have to wait for the next time the restaurant will be open. You can bring food, unfortunately theres no cutlery in the house - just a few cups, no dishes, spoons, knifes and forks.

Beautiful location. Nature was amazing, incredibly calm and quiet,perfect for romantic getaway.

Not Clean, everything it’s broken , don’t have internet, break fast it’s sheets every day the some and dinner also really bad because not fresh, it’s 2 - 3 days before cooked
