Great location, not to crowded!

The worst part was that the shower was leaking and we had to use towels to mop up the floor. Black mold stains around the shower edges. I didn't like the breakfast which included a long-life Mini-Croissant and the "fresh fruit" were two thin slices of peach, a slice of melon and a few grapes that looked as unappealing as the peach and melon, which had been cut and prepared well in advance. Most other guests didn't touch their fruit either. The friendly staff though didn't seem to mind. The "salad" part of the breakfast was a bit of iceberg lettuce with balsamico. Sad. Go to Lidl instead.

I appreciate the friendly staff, especially helpful for our late arrival. I liked the nice view and small pool with comfy seating arrangements, as in the pictures; Relaxed music at the pool and a very stylish reception. Sadly, I appreciated the Lidl nearby to buy breakfast.

We didn’t like four main things about the property. First of all, it wasn’t “squeaky clean”. We found hairs from previous guests, for example in the drawer of the hairdryer, or puddles of water near the bath. But to be fair, the latter could be a result of the storm that hit Sozopol that very day. Secondly, we didn’t enjoy the fact that we got complementary coffee capsules without a coffee machine.😂 However, when we called the reception about it, the staff was quick to equip us with a coffee machine! Thirdly, we didn’t like the fact that the hotel’s restaurant was not well-stocked. We decided to have dinner there one evening and were quick to leave because they had basically nothing in the menu that we chose. And last but definitely not least, we detested the platform on which the bath was placed. It was built only slightly higher up than the actual floor of the room. Its color was blending in with the ground and we lost count of the times we hit our toes in the platform. PS- VERY painful! So, please, be mindful!

We stayed at the suite on the top floor, facing the sea. The layout was amazing- you had a beautiful view of the sea (and the swimming pool) from every point of the room, be it the bed, the couch, the bath… or even the toilet! The room was equipped with a TV mounted on the ceiling, which you could move in any direction you wanted- toward the couch, the bed or the bath! We also enjoyed the free access to toiletries and towels (for both the bath AND swimming pool).

The room is very small, the closet is insufficient for 2 persons, there is no room for the luggage. The shower was running on the floor, it was constantly a puddle on the bathroom floor. The staff barely speaks english. The breakfast is basic. Although I sent 3 e-mail, 2 messages on booking.com and tried to call them right after I made the reservation in order to book a parking spot, they never replied. Initially when we got there, the guy from the reception said we can use their prking and pay at the end of our stay. After a few days, when the hotel was full, the manager was very rude, yelling at us that we parked in their parking, that we don't have a reservation and that we need to move the car... It was eventually solved, we moved the car that morning and when we got back someone else from the staff found a solution, however the experience was bad. Just as a note, one of the spots was occupied by the manager's car. Overall, the only positive thing about this hotel is the view and the way it looks.

The view from the room and from the pool is indeed amazing, the pool is nice and clean, the bed is confortable. Also, the common areas look nice, the hotel is very nicely decorated.

The room cleaning crew shouldn’t try to get inside a room while the sign “Don’t disturb” is on the door handle. They didn’t even knock, trey tried to unlock the room with their key but ours was still there. A little bit rude, never happened to me before! The should also clean accordingly when it says “Clean my room”, not only change one foot towel :)

The location is excellent! The restaurant and reception staff were really kind!

Horrible smell in the room(s), probably from the sewers. Staff wouldn’t or couldn’t do anything about it. Hotel has probably been renovated few years ago, but with poor quality of work, and therefore already showing signs of things falling apart(bathrooms for example).

Location by the sea is convinient. Backyard pool area also very pleasent. Staff is young, but helpful and friendly.

Some of the staff were not attentive. The standard of service wasn't consistent.

Recently refurbished boutique hotel. Location and facilities are spot on. Good size clean swimming pool, beach within 2 minutes walk as well. The room was spacious with a sea view and really clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. Nice and quiet area. About 15 - 20 minutes walk to Sozopol old town.

The room we booked was supposed to have a terrace and it didn't, but we were at the top and I think the room we did receive was the biggest, so I cant complain too much. The shower leaked water really bad.

The hotel was really beautiful. loved the pool and all the different seating arrangements beds they had around it. The hotel is really close to bamboo beach and also another beach right in front that was great for shell hunting. We came during the off season so the restaurant had very limited options, One of the options was the pizza and it was actually really delicious. After reading other reviews we decided to skip the breakfast. We went to lidl which is pretty close and across from lidl is a couple of food trucks with yummy food for dinner! Our room was really nice on the top floor with panoramic sea views and cleaned ever day. The beds were very comfortable and loved the tub in the room in front of the windows!

There was a huge fire surrounding the hotel . I went to investigate if we needed to evacuate as flames were visible , but was chased by the bar man more worried I was making off without paying for a pizza I had just finished !! .. literally couldn’t see eachover at this stage due to the smoke !!.Not only did he make me feel like a thief, but also the priorities seemed a bit off . Other than that I had a lovely stay . Should add the pizza was very nice !

Unfortunately we felt service could be improved, staff were not getting along. Breakfast was terrible, not much choice and portions were very small, no fresh fruit, very limited and no refills on coffee or second portions unless you pay more. Avocado on toast consisted of tiny piece of bread and a small egg, second morning some of the dishes were out of stock and choice was between 3-4 other dishes. Not worth paying for room with breakfast. Prices were extremely inflated for the standard compared to places nearby.

The only thing is that there are no hangers anywhere in the bathroom for towels to be placed. The breakfast could be better and was a bit overpriced for what it was. There was cigarettes smell in the room even though it’s non-smoking.

Cute little hotel right on the beach, outside of the busy nightlife but still close enough to walk there. Lovely view in the morning and friendly staff. Received a bottle of wine as a gift which was nice touch.

Location is fantastic, walking distance into the old town (about 30 mins) but far enough out that it’s quiet and peaceful. Has a lovely beach a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is done out really nicely and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sozopol.

It is extremely noisy. The walls are very thin and you hear absolutely everything that is going on in the hotel. The staff start cleaning at 7 and wake you up. Other than that it was okay.

The breakfast was limited and the breakfast bar ran out of food an hour before the closure time. Many people arrived at the end.

The studio room with a bath and the sea view was amazing! The hotel & the garden had a beautiful design. The stuff was friendly and helpful. There was a parking at the property.

Breakfast is included, however, the choice was very scarce (e.g. no yoghurt or cereal, only apples as a fruit). It might be linked to the end of season but some more diversity in the food and better ingredients will improve the overall experience.

The hotel is very nicely located with a beautiful sea view and a modern and comfortable design.

It's a bit far from the old town. I guess we were here at the end of the season and the restaurant was only working for breakfast.

The facilities are quite good with spacious rooms, bathtub and lovely interior. There is also a swimming pool and easy access to the beach. The area in front of the hotel is great for leisure and sunbathing.
