The rooms we were located just above the spa reception. There is no door to stop any sounds coming upstairs. It is ok during the day, to hear phone ringing and people talking. We were not much in the room anyway. But at night the echo from the reception if someone watches tv or does anything you feel like you are taking a part of it too. Not very pleasant if you would like to sleep and it is after 1am. Only the first 2 rooms on above reception. I believe other rooms are protected from any sound being the existing glass door.

We have stayed many summers on row. First time booked with bookings. We always had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient for our stay. Staff is always nice and friendly. All of our family likes the pools spa and water slides. Always nice and clean and looked after. Restaurant offers nice food.

The water in the pool is very chlorinated. The bathroom was a bit neglected - the shower was leaking and the door wouldn't lock, it smelled like a drain, but it was clean and our towels were changed every day.

The pool is big, the hotel is clean, the restaurant is also nice.

Not a lot of parking spaces. To go to the Spa you need to walk past the reception , which feels weird also it is close to the entrance and winter time is cold. The apartment is a bit small.

The swimming pool and the rest of the spa facilities are nice. The restaurant was big and nice. There is a reasonably sized children's zone for entertainment in the restaurant. Summer times must be quite good due to the attractions outside.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, the indoor swimming pool is a big plus, you can relax after a long trip. The breakfast and the restaurant food was ok. The personnel is very nice and profficient.

The bathtub/jacuzzi could have been a tiny bit more diligently cleaned. And the public changing rooms need to have their shower gel dispensers fixed. Also might not be a bad idea to put some sort of instructions for guests where the used towels go, because they were all over the changing rooms - apparently people have no idea how that works.

Everything. The location, the room, the facilities, the food, the attentiveness of the staff. The prices were more than reasonable and everything was well-maintained, which is not always the case with SPAs. We arrived a bit early, but despite that the staff made an effort to check us in immediately, so we wouldn't wait around for a few hours.

Around outside pool was not very clean, some of the umbrellas were broken. There was no option to pay with a card on the pool bar and the pool bar closed at 18pm. Not many options for breakfast.

It’s a good choise for those who go to Thasos, for exemple, it’s located at the half of the road betwen Bucharest and Thasos.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. There was no anything like shampoo, conditioner etc. in the bathroom except the dispenser. There was no TV at the restaurant for watching EURO 2024.

There was enough space at the pool and SPA center.

Nice location, good food, excellent pools inside and outside, confortable room, good services and nice personnel, everything was above expectations. We came here second time , and for sure we'll come back when passing Bulgaria to Turkey or Greece

The service was mediocre. The waitress was rude and impolite. The receptionist was relatively polite.

It was a fairly decent hotel. The room was clean, the corridors were really cold, the restaurant was well-priced, the cleaner kind and polite.

Breakfast was cold processed meat and cheese with bread and jam. Nothing like what was served to us on a previous stay. No toiletries just dispensers with soap. Shower made floor very wet.

The employees of the hotel don’t really speak English. Only the receptionist and one of the waiters understood what we had to say or ask. Also, even if the rooms were somewhat clean, the bathroom was not up to standard. The bathtub was not white as it’s original color, but yellow.

The property was really nice, cozy and beautiful. Big garden and really fun playground for kids, both little and big ones. The breakfast was diverse and due to the location, it is really easy to get there.
