Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hosts and staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help whenever they could. The evening meals were delicious and we ended up enjoying the evening with the hosts and their friends which was lovely. The hotel was very homely with lots of nice little touches such as freshly baked cookies.

Lovely family run hotel. Very clean. Krasimir and his wife Maria couldn’t do more for us and Krasimir took us up the mountain every morning to avoid the huge half term gondola queues. Staying here really made the trip for us having stayed previously in a “4*” hotel in Bansko last year and were quite disappointed with the accommodation. Will definitely be back.

RomaniaWe spent the winter vacation with our children and two other families in Bansko between January 2-9 2023 and stayed at the Rahoff hotel. We were in total 6 adults and 5 children. The quality-price ratio is very good, the rooms are clean; bed sheets and towels are very clean. We have been impressed by the hosts that are very hospitable, giving us a lot of information necessary for our stay, including those related to ski equipment rental and good areas for skiing. Breakfast is substantial, including boiled eggs, omelette, ham and vegetables; the area is very quiet.
