It was a bit too hot in the room cause heating couldn’t be adjusted. We had to sleep with open windows, but it was okay. Still better than being too cold :D

Great value for money! The food was absolute top notch!! We had breakfast and dinner and there was lots of choice for both, everything was delicious! Hotel is cozy, rooms clean, in nice quiet area. Stuff extra nice and helpful! Free bus to slopes was going every 20-30 minutes, no need to stay in center unless you want to party at night.

The place was clean, with friendly staff. We had half board and the food was very good and varied. Even though the place was a bit far from the slopes, the free shuttle bus was always on time, every 30 minutes.

The hotel offers a very cosy atmosphere. The room was warm and light and the bed was comfortable. The location is a bit far from the slopes but the shuttle takes you there for less than 5 minutes. The food was delicious. We are definitely visiting again!

The hotel temperature really is set too high. It felt very uncomfortable at times. Also, the jacuzzi temperature is set way too low.

From when we arrived all the staff were really friendly & helpful, our rooms were cleaned everyday, with news towels & mini toiletries when needed. Hotel do many free shuttle buses to & from Borovets centre which takes about 5 minutes. We were half board, many delicious food choices at breakfast & evening meals. Nice to relax in Lovely warm pool & spa facilities at the end of a day's skiing. We also enjoyed the pool table some evenings & use of the gym.

There isn't any water at dinner, which doesn't make sense because for breakfast there is a water dispenser. Also the rooms aren't sound proof at all, you can hear everyone talking, opening doors etc.

The hotel is clean, the food is very delicious, and the SPA is okay and the rooms are big enough for two people. The shuttle service works perfect.

There are bits and pieces for refurbising. The bathroom - the water from the showered leaks through the shower cabin on the floor. Some of wood in the saunas creaks and is not very stable. Otherwise, cosy and nice.

Location- Far away from center .they have a shuttle - what is nice , but it works only on specific hours. Pool is well heated ~29 degrees. nice , but very small for the amount of people. ( the second pool was closed ) And was very hot in a rooms, specially at evenings. There’s no option to control the temperature, so we slept with an open window. In general it’s a good value for money, but there are some little things to be improved. We enjoyed the stay

Heating system is using central ventilation ans can be noisy at night. We turned it off, but the room becoms a bit chilly.

The room is very spacious, facilities are great, the food was very varied and tasty, the pool was great. The hotel offers free shuttle to the slopes.

The room had everything you need - towels, slippers, robes, shower gel, shampoo. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Free transfer to the ski lifts during the day

Far away, no lights if you want to walk to Borovets in the evening. Bad road. They have a shuttle, but not for night skiing (which is interesting in Borovets)
