It was the second time we have chosen this apartment on our way to Grece, for one night. It is perfect from all points of view, clean, well equiped , cosy, with all you need to have breakfast. The host is more than generous.

The air conditioners cycled on and off every few minutes and their fans started pretty loud in the first 1-2 seconds. You get used to it after a little time but for the light sleepers that might be a problem if they choose to sleep on working AC. We have decided to turn them off at night and had great sleep.

The location is great. We found nice places to eat just a few hundred meters away. The rooms have high ceilings and were very clean. The sheets and towels smelled great. The building is new. We arrived a bit late and the keys were there for us so we can get in when we want. There is coffee machine for Dolce Gusto pods, sandwich maker, TVs, a LOT of windows with two sets of curtains. During daytime you can make it very open and full of light or use the thicker curtains to lower the light. The bathroom had all basic cosmetics. From one of the rooms you can go on a great terrace overlooking one of the main streets. We have parked our car right outside the building entrance on a private park spaces of the building. Getting everything in and out of the car was a 1 minute job. The entrance hallway is a bit dark at night but it's just a few stairs to the apartment.

The apartment has large windows, but only the window in the main bedroom can be opened. The entrance to the apartment is through a staircase, which needs to be renovated and has a slight odor.

Nice and comfortable apartment with a gorgeous terrace. It's well located for an overnight stay during a longer trip. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. It was a hot day, but we found the air conditioning started automatically to provide a good temperature in the apartment.

We were a family with 4 adult and a 11 year old child. It was ready for 4 people. Not child. No extra pillow, towel… Person who was waiting for us wasn’t welcoming at all. I understand it was late at night, but still nice attitude is must for hospitality.

Our hosts were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard, and hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Balcony spacious and private, and we were grateful for the electric barbecue. Beautiful mountain views from balcony and peaceful area. Private parking was great to have, and centre was a short drive away. So much to see and do, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Construction work on the upper floors caused a power outage.

Lovely 2BR apartment close to the City centre, shops and restaurants. Free parking. A/C units for heating and cooling. We loved the large terrace with the nice patio furniture and awesome views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend.

i would like the place to had a mop in the bathroom so we can collect the dripping waters. Other than that it was perfect

The staff were very polite, the whole apartment was very clean, tidy and cosy. The rooms were spacious and also there is a huge terrace. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again in the future!

The construction site outside

The apartment is clean, well divided, with two separate bedrooms. Equipped kitchen. Parking space at the entrance to the block. The owner very kind. It's worth it not just for one night, but even more. Sandanski is a picturesque area, with many beautiful places and good restaurants.
