Everything was very good, the staff were very friendly and always smiling, the location is close to the sea and close to all services and they have a private garage for 7 euros per night (we hope it will be free next year😂😂) the place was quiet and clean and very suitable for families we have two children who enjoyed the place and the swimming pool I recommend this place❤️

Bit of a walk to sunny beach main strip but there is a bus stop close by and only a 5 minute journey into centre of sunny beach.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurants was very good we ate here most days. There is also a shop on site. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers.

the pan provided was extremely hard to wash and cook in :( everything else was great!

The pool was spacious,the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and professional, the receptionist was extremely kind,after we had an unpleasant experience with entitled tourists (who stole our lounge chair basically in front of us), she offered us a few extra lounge chairs. (if you’re reading this diva i wish nothing but the best for you) 💗

I can't say a bad thing; from the beginning, we were looked after. As we booked an airport transfer, the taxi driver was there, nice and comfortable getting us to the resort. Amazing service, the apartment was superb, and the food at the restaurant was incredibly good. Great place, and I love to be back, too. Highly recommended for those who want to relax.

I liked the spacious rooms and that I had access to the small kitchenette that had an oven, an electric stove, quite a big fridge, toaster, etc. The restaurant at the property is absolutely AMAZING. The staff, the food, everything is excellent!

Everything was as it should be!

We had an amazing stay in Pollo Resort. To be honest everything was great. Good apartments, amazing big pool, awesome restaurant. I would like to also say big thank you to the reception for great communication prior our stay and organising transport from and to airport. In addition the location of the hotel is excellent in fairly quite Nesebar. If you travelling with family I strongly recommemd this resort!!!

We've spend 5 amazing days at Pollo resort . Reception staff were very helpful at any time we had questions .Nice big apartaments. Food at the restaurant is 5 stars, very well cooked and fair price. The water in the pool was so clean. All staff around helpful, friendly and made us fell welcome there. I will definetly recomend Pollo resort and if in future will be back in Bulgaria Pollo will be my first choice

Fitness costs 5 leva per training for 1 person. On booking is not specified this. We was 4 person and wanted to train once per day but for free how was on booking. Kitchinette has only one pot, like this they are sure you can t cook so much and eat from their restaurant. Parking is very bad underground. We couldnt go there with our car because was not enough high to entry...costs 15 leva per day... we parked on the street for free exactly in front of ou balcony.

The staff is amazing: professional and super friendly. The location is good, 10 minutes to cacao beach. Very comfortable stay in apartments with everything you need, including iron and toaster.

The resort was spotless. The room we were given was very spacious and had everything we could want. The food in the restaurant was extremely good with lots to choose from. They had entertainment on a couple of the nights we were there which created a nice ambience.
